Thank you so much for this video! I started using your videos to jumpstart me when I was furloughed last March. They were so helpful! I was always so flexible just by nature, I am hyper jointed, and still am at 50. My friends and family, Named me Gumby! Lol I five children, last ones being twins, and have always kept it a priority to stay fit. I started walking and running and got up to 6 miles a day until I popped my knee! It was horrible. I am now getting back to these videos. I have to strengthen my core which was never a problem for me! I love this video! If you have any more suggestions for strengthening my core I am very open to that! My core has always been my strongest part of my body. This feels like a grueling come back for me. I have tried a lot of yoga videos and I always go back to yours! Cole, you are an excellent instructor! I appreciate your hard work!😇
I really enjoyed these new poses to stretch my sides and lower back. I still feel like I have a pinched nerve in the lower back. Do you have a video for that?
