B737 Wind Correction (Additive)

This video cover wind additive/correction that you will add to Vref and that is going to be you target speed for the approach.
The wind correction is:
Half of the head wind plus all the gust.
All the gust is the difference between the steady wind and the reported gust.
For example let’s say RW heading is 360
Wind reported as 360@10 gusting 15
Half of the head wind is 5
All the gust is 15-10=5
So wind correction is going to be 5+5=10
Minimum wind correction is 5knots maximum is 15 or but not more than 5knts-flap limit speed.
