Agree, and one of the greatest live bands I have ever seen. I have been blessed to have grown up with kix and seen them live over a dozen times including 6 times at the legendary Hammerjacks.
These guys are so cool & down to earth. No egos, just going out there playing kick ass rock n roll, doing it for the fans and themselves. Keep on rocking brothers, I have much respect for you all by not giving up. 2 👍👍!!
First time I saw them was at the Seagull in Baltimore. Later shows at Hammerjacks. This was way back in the early days. Had a buddy on the railroad that turned us onto Kixx. We went to see them maybe 6 times in a couple years. Glad to see they are back jamming again.
I will be attending my first ever concert and I’m 52. This is the band I chose to see. I can’t wait to see y’all on December 20th. I have no idea what to expect. I love this band!!!!!

If you get the chance and you like solid rock, go see one of their shows. I just did last week and was blown away with the strength of it and their stage presence. These guys still get it done and their most recent album is really good. I think it's their second best after Blow My Fuse.
Saw these guys in a small club (cannot remember the name) in East Baltimore back in 1983/84 what a powerful performance. We were packed in like sardines in a can but a great time.

Heard The Itch sept. of 1981 and saw them at hammers in 83. Had all their shit on cassette and now all of it on cd. Just great rock along with Bootcamp, Facedancer and The Ravyns. Kix are for kids!! My 22 year old daughter borrowed my copy of Cool Kids and now wont give it back. Its ok, better she take my whole library of music than her listening to that nonsense rap shit that is pure shit and is just fackin noise. Kix rules.
This is with their new bass Player - he's really good but he s not KiX and kIX IS DEAD. Time for a reunion but Steve is not a humble man - Atlantic dropped them for a reason. Steve was hard to work it.
KIX is far from dead. They put out an album with their newest bass player and it's better than any of their previous albums except for Blow My Fuse. They don't need Purnell and have demonstrated they are still a top notch band without him.
I my oppinion...... One of the most UNDERRATED Rock bands of all time.
