It will be interesting to see what this winter brings to ru. Remember what happened last year with boilers, pipes breaking down, people freezing? Will this happen again but only on a much larger scale? If so, will this be sufficient to cause massive societal unrest?
Stick to science Jimmy. You are not equipped for this type of subject.
That was a crowdfunding event where zelensky went to begg for money not a peace summit
By collaborating with each other, North Korea and Russia may result in more instability on the Korean Peninsula, something China does NOT want, as that would provoke America to take more active involvement with South Korea, as though tensions in the South China sea aren't bad enough as they are.
really usa that don't wanna fight two wars provoke ...have u seen usa fight a nuclear power ?
Two beautiful intelligent women! Thank you, ladies, for excellent coverage on China and Russia! Neither one of these men are stable in the head.
All this would be over but we got childish putin on this planet
thank you
Xi Jingpi should express his frustration to Putin that North Korea is being involved and encourage him to pull his troops out of Ukraine as it will lead to a more dangerous situation if he doesn’t do it. It’s about time to finish this war as China’s economy will also be affected if it continues like this.
A weak Russia benefits China. Russia stirring up trouble in China's back yard does not benefit China. I think the math is as simple as that.
Best thing on Times Radio. 👍🤔
The Treaty of Nerchinsk in 1689, Treay of Aigun in 1858 and Treaty of Peking of 1860 heavily favors the Russians to the territorial loss of China. Vladivostok once was called Yongmingcheng….
INCORRECT! " ... the fact that Russia had built Vladivostok “is a historical fact that cannot be rewritten,” and that the notion that Vladivostok was ever a Chinese town is a “myth” based on a misreading of evidence that a few Chinese sometimes came to the area to fish and collect sea cucumbers."
What we learn from macro-level is that lands as well as sovereignty is merged, redistributed, produced, and depleted. Claiming land because it was hundreds year ago reasons legitimate but not always
Speaking in hindsight is always so very easy.
They all looked pretty cosy at that BRICS summit
This is another journalist pushing American propaganda
Interesting and informative interview. Thanks
Professional radio station? Can't get the sound balance right.
I too find Kate Gerbeau to be an extremely well informed commentator who also asks all the right questions.
Putin's legion of doom.

Wendy Sherman is how the Norcs got nuclear
Imagine if the United States had put more effort into helping during the fall of the Soviet Union instead of just drooling over their collapse. Where they might be right now under a democratically elected leader.
Imagine if Russia would break up.
Do any of these two despots care for human life?
Kim and Putin?
No way.
Thanks!
Could? That means you don't know? I expect Putin mentioned his plan to Xi first... lol
Why do you say that???
Russia and china arent “allies” in the traditional sense….. they are just WAITING to stab each other in the back. They are allies of nessecity, because a greater threat currently threatens them both. They aren’t friendly. China is ETCHING to take back the resource rich eastern part of Russia that cannot be easily defended.
It’s not like Israel and US where they must tell us the plans so we can leak them….
Putin would be an idiot to share his plans with china.
👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 Diane Francis, keen insights as usual.
Un has no clue and they used gutierez as a poster boy
Russia, China and North Korea are iron-clad friendships
Really?
Putin is in "Desperation Mode"
we need to go all in before it gets worse...
The expansion of the special military operation is frightening, it needs to stop now
