Fantastic. After feeling weak for 2 weeks, I‘m back exercising. Hope I keep it up and workout 4 times a week. Greetings from Germany. Lockdown is now extended to 10 Jan. so we need Amy more than ever. I set up my attic for exercises. TRX, Kettle bells (I bought 2 but are too heavy... 8 and 12 kg!!)
I can’t handle not knowing how long or how many reps I’ll be doing of each exercise so I ended this one early. Not to worry. Amy has a million other workouts that I love. 😊

Hi Amy! I found your workouts when I was pregnant about a year ago and love them all! When you give modifications for pre and post natal, how far post natal should I follow the modifications? I'm 6 months post natal and rarely follow them. I'm just not sure if I'm doing damage to my body that I'm not noticing right now.

Sometimes it's hard for me to stay motivated during a 35 minute workout. This one went by quickly and I definitely was sweating! Love it!

As long as you feel ok and don't have any diastasis recti you can skip the modifications. Just listen to your body!
