Thank you! I had slipped this as I have had shoulder mobility issues and stopped using weights for 3 months. My shoulder has changed little, so back to weights, but changing up as needed so much don't strain it. This was great!

I should have previewed this one first. I had to take the sweat moves much slower to protect my back, and I can't get down on the floor and back up that fast. I was proud to be challenging myself, even as I modified like mad for my joints, but I finally accepted defeat at 32 minutes & gave up. I get that this is aimed at younger, stronger exercisers, but I wish you wouldn't say "we're so close" when the routine is barely half done--the first time was with 16 more minutes to go.
Great work out as usual, but just as I felt I needed to watch the move one more time, you switched to show the more basic move again and I found myself pausing until you re-started the higher intensity move again. This happened several - but not every - times. It's not usually a problem with your other videos (most of the time). I will repeat this work out tomorrow to see if my body has remembered the moves more easily!

First of Amy’s workouts I didn’t enjoy as much. For some reason I struggled to put the moves together and felt very uncoordinated! Found I was moving too quickly as well and form suffered.
I like the format but I have 2 points of constructive criticism: 1) Be more clear about how long each segment will be. I know that clock is in the corner but since it's not a stopwatch but a countdown it's difficult to follow how long each part of the segment is; 2) the compound moves needs move explanation. I understand that you are putting together the moves we've just done but sometimes it doesn't really seem like the moves go together once we start moving more quickly -- especially in this video the squats with the side crunches. Thanks a lot for your videos. I really like the combination of working with weights and cardio and the various lengths of workouts you offer.
