Was up late and didn’t think I could do the workout this morning! BUT played some mins games with myself saying the workout is only 30 mins and technically the first 5 will get me ready for it and the last 5 is stretch. So I pressed play and completed it with gusto!!! Again… have we told you how much we love these 30 mins???? This is the best thing ever you have gifted us!!!

Jumping around has always been my Achilles heel💥 I prefer compound moves to get the heart rate up. But I’ll do anything for you Heather! Just slayed that cardio💪🏼
Wow, what can I say? It was definitely challenging at times, but so worth it! I always feel amazing afterward. And get this: I burned over 300 calories in just 30 minutes - how crazy is that?!

This series of 30 minute workouts you started with warm ups and cool downs is such a blessing. I am now consistently including warm ups and cool downs into my workouts and it's helping. I always knew I needed to, but never properly did either. Thank you!
