    Was up late and didn’t think I could do the workout this morning! BUT played some mins games with myself saying the workout is only 30 mins and technically the first 5 will get me ready for it and the last 5 is stretch. So I pressed play and completed it with gusto!!! Again… have we told you how much we love these 30 mins???? This is the best thing ever you have gifted us!!!

    Jumping around has always been my Achilles heel💥
    I prefer compound moves to get the heart rate up. But I’ll do anything for you Heather! Just slayed that cardio💪🏼

    your workouts always passes by so fast because the warmup adn cooldown are included in teh 30! :) thanks for your videos, love from vancouver!

    Wow, what can I say? It was definitely challenging at times, but so worth it! I always feel amazing afterward. And get this: I burned over 300 calories in just 30 minutes - how crazy is that?!

    naively thought “there’s no weights, I can tack on a 30min cycle before this” I was dead and needing the mods for circuit 2 round 2. Great workout for traveling too.

    This series of 30 minute workouts you started with warm ups and cool downs is such a blessing. I am now consistently including warm ups and cool downs into my workouts and it's helping. I always knew I needed to, but never properly did either. Thank you!

    Heather, I’m so behind 😵‍💫🫣, but I’m loving it 😍 these HIIT WORKOUT is so sweaty 🥵🔥 is a good 😊 one for day. On thanksgiving day. So thankful for your love ❤️ you give us every day.
