Right there with you... I am 55 and everyone asks.. how do you stay in shape. I am like. Ask Heather ! LOL. Very effective work-outs for all fitness levels. The 30 minutes are perfect. At my age, you don't want to over stress the body and cause too much cortisol to release as that will have the exact opposite affect on our bodies. Slow and steady wins the race post menopause. Your 30-min sessions have been lifesavers! I started a new job with a super busy schedule and can only allocate 30 minutes each day to working out. So glad when I saw this express series, and love the total body metcon/strength training/HIIT workouts. Perfect way to squeeze in a workout that targets all the muscle groups in only half an hour. Thank you Heather, and hope you will continue to post 30-min sequences regularly in the future 😊

another great workout! I’ve been having troubles with my left side hip, thigh and knee knots that are causing pain. The beginning stretches felt so good going into the workout. Thank you Heather!

I’ve been doing these workouts almost every day for a year. I love them and I feel like I see more muscle definition! When you finish a work out it doesn’t feel like something was missing. That’s huge! I love the way you pay attention to making the whole body feel good. You’re awesome!

I have GOT to get me some heavier weights. I know I can do these with 10 pound weights but I want to up the intensity. I feel like I miss out on a lot of bigger workouts because of it. I still do them with 10 pounds each and go faster with reps but still…😅

Can i ask a stupid question lol.. how do i know what excercises i should do the smaller weights on? Im fairly new to this. Working w 5lb and 7.5lb dumbbells w a 10lb kettleball. Im ASSUMING muscles that work out the biceps and chest should be the heavier weights while the tris and shoulders etc would be the smaller but u know what they say about assuming😂. Ty for any input on this and BTW im obsessed w your programs thank you soooo much for putting in the work for us❤
I'm not sure why i always get a sore back from doing the Squat & curl move? What am I doing wrong - I try keeping my core tight while performing the move but doesnt help 😢
