Absolutely I couldn't agree more! I work ten hour days and I spend and hour on travel each way so the only way I can stay consistent with my workouts are these 30-35 minute workouts. They are perfect! Thank you!!
This is how I love my strength workouts. PURE. No random cardio moves sprinkled in to use up my energy and break my focus. This allows me to focus on proper form and getting in the full range of motion and going heavier on the weights the second round. And I feel SO strong afterward! 💪🏽 Thank you, Heather. 🤍 Love me some pure strength training!
