    The 30 minute format is everything! Best format ever!!! as a busy working father you’re shorter form at allows me to stay very consistent with my workouts!

      Absolutely I couldn't agree more! I work ten hour days and I spend and hour on travel each way so the only way I can stay consistent with my workouts are these 30-35 minute workouts. They are perfect! Thank you!!

    A 20 min walk and then press play with a 30 min Heather's workout. Your fitness routine is right there. Feeling great afterwards.

    This is how I love my strength workouts. PURE. No random cardio moves sprinkled in to use up my energy and break my focus. This allows me to focus on proper form and getting in the full range of motion and going heavier on the weights the second round. And I feel SO strong afterward! 💪🏽
