You're a good man, and a great friend for hooking Lonnie up with the goodies. I can't wait to see his reaction and see how much power the bike makes. Really enjoying the latest content....I'll tell you whut. Wish I could work for you 🤣
You do it because Loni is Tha Man, and because you wanna see EXPLOSIONS of HPLove! Do embrace the lift with a good head, but know that to achieve big valve/port/carb deal, you'll need duration if you want to rpm one. I would do the biggest duration and then use rocker ratio to gain the lift needed to achieve the head flow. Get the biggest cam you can, then tame it with rocker ratio, and if it doesn't have bottom end power, do a 3" bore... Or a 301. I LOVE this channel and I'm getting my buggy ready. Would love to meet y'all!
I normally wouldn’t get excited about a mini bike engine at all but this build has me curious. Looking forward to seeing Lonnie’s reaction and what this new modified engine is capable of. Cool video and looking forward to the next one.
Those bushings would be a perfect place for self poured polyurethane bushings get the stiffness with vibration control to prevent future cracking of the frame and throwing/destroying chains the best of both worlds and they are nearly chemical impervious making them last nearly forever
I ran my first MoFlow with a .356 cam and 1.2 rockers. That Head flows great and you don't lose ant velocity so the low end is there. It goes perfect on a 236 kit.
To get the most out of that head, run 1/4” pushrods and make sure and use a Gage rocker with a big roller or the newest EC rockers with the upgraded roller.
V twin will probably be a little bit. We have to get a secondary flywheel for the dyno to be able to handle it. Got another one on the 212cc coming next Monday.
Hey red beard. I got a new duromax 18 440cc. What do you suggest to get the most outta this bad boy without breaking the bank? Yerfdog spiderbox. Thanks bud! Keep rocking the channel. Love it.
.356 * 1.3 = .463 lift. Stock '63-'67 327 Chevy 375 hp territory, but with a much smaller (224 vs 668 cc) cylinder. the math for the Chevy works out to slightly less per cc than what you should be getting with a much better overall head design and slightly more lift (.463 vs .448) than what Dontov was doing for chevy's racing team of the day.
Hey Redbeard I need an expert opinion I broke the crankshaft internally on my 196cc on my Coleman ct200u and then I wanted to get a tilson 196cc racing engine but then I was worried that the crank is just going to break again so should I even get that tillison racing engine, or something else and if so what should I get.
Need some advice. I have a 2022 Tao Tao 49cc 4 stroke. Was wondering if someone could point me in a direction of a better CDI that will help acceleration or top end speed. It's brand new so not ready to do a carb swap
@@deathtrapperformanceminibi260 then that is pretty poor the the valve size with a 88% throat has the potential to flow above 152cfm at 95% efficiency. Unless the port has a very small minimum cross sectional area upstream then 112cfm is not good.
@@RedBeardsGarage seems like you also forgot the 999cc durumax street legal bike build video. (You said before you will make a 999cc bike with harley davidson gearbox , why ? Is the cvt not suitable for that ?)
Hello Mr. Red Beard. Love the videos. Just curious if you know where I can get a stock predator 420 hemi head from? Dropped a valve and destroyed mine. Any help is much appreciated. Have a great day.
Hey Greg, my name is Battle. I have several questions about a used Rapid 200 kart made by the NINGBO Chariot Industry Trade Co. back in Sep 2017. I have most of the components that were on it originally, but all are in a, slightly worn out condition. I wanted to see if you can help me get her back to a blastola condition??? I live just south of you and would love to meet up if at all possible. I just became a member of your site and have no clue how we can make contact but I am dying to let her rip! Halla!!!!!
Really enjoy the videos. Made building my 212 non hemi a breeze. One subject that is not addressed anywhere on the internet is how often to inspect the rod bearing on the arc billet rod. My Kart is geared to run 4000-6000rpm on my backyard dirt oval. (I did a RPM test on asphalt once and the 212 maxed out at 7940rpm) The reason I ask is because I just tore down the motor due to a rod knock and found the bearing to be worn after only 16hrs of run time. Also the oil was changed twice. Any suggestions? Video of the track... ruclips.net/video/W4rtzEYcSNI/видео.html

I can’t wait to see those dyno numbers!
Billet lawnmower engine heads and performance cams. Y’all cracking me up, but kinda fun.

Love to see a road trip cross country with a meet and greet on these bikes

I’m stoked to see/hear that monster fire up!
It sounds like it may be the first engine to take flight!
Greg, you're a heck of a guy! Lonnie is gonna love it.

Warp factor 9 Capt Lonnie🤣 awesome video, can't wait to see it on the Dyno!

Not gonna lie. I'm excited.

Great job Greg!

keep em coming RB
Super cool build
mini bike mondays are back heck yeah guys love it

Good deal love the build..

Hopefully with all the lift you will have you won't have any interference issues with valve to piston.
I am hoping as well. We will do some testing when we get everything finished.
Your a good man to do this for Lonnie! Can’t wait to see reveal.

I wish my BEST FRIEND would do something like this for me LOL
Are you ever going to build the motor on the mudskipper kit? Super interested in the build
Red see if you can get this Guy to Ship you a Engine to Dyno and if you have not seen this Build He Really Knows what he is doing
15:55 i wanna see those washer/dryer on the dyno! 😂
Those really have some low end torque. They clean them whitey tighties real nice.
Very cool ! I can't wait to see his reaction !

I've been slowly buying parts to upgrade mine..may happen sooner than expected due to yesterdays ride it backfired out the carb😢
Very nice

looked like something fell in the funnel at 8:15 mark
8:51 if i would have done that, it would've been cross threaded like hell 😅
Its always risky but it works lol
Hey boss what would be the best header pipe and silencer for the 420cc
Are you doing a road to horsepower for the big blocks soon?

are you gonna dyno this engine before install in the bike?
Can you show us how to fix brakes on your colman ct200uex
If the crank was good on the 224 predator could you have put the stroker in the tilly
It already has one. Its a 225cc not the 212cc.
@Red Beard's Garage I though the tilly 225 is a stock stroke 72 mm piston

where can i get a stage 4 kit for a predator 212 gopowersports doesn’t have them anymore
.4628 lift

Where's the golf cart build update
We will be mounting the swing arm next week so a few weeks till the videos comes out.
