Clay is a prime candidate for one of the new "Rainbow" MEU's ready to deploy to the VA. Instead of MARPAT or tiger stripes they have a pixie dust and unicorn fart cloud for cover.
Always banging on about Veteran VA fraud, but we all know it is actually the VA that is 100% fraudulent thinking the VA exists for the federal workers benefit instead of yours, if you had any doubt, just look at their bonus schedule vs your care.
How many of you are in a Chapter 31 Voc. Rehab program? Some I bet. In order to be Chapter 31, you have to be handicapped. Have any of you tried to get documentation from a VA doctor in order to receive your lawful ADA Handicap accommodations for school or work?
Has Clay EVER talked about one of the most valuable VA benefits. Chapter 31? Or has he been too busy shilling for VA management? Asking for a battle buddy/

If the system wasn't so complicated and impossible to use for the average person these companies wouldn't be needed.

well the companies wouldn't be a issue if the VA actually didn't make it such a fight to get the benefits that we should be getting period without the fighting with the VA. Instead though the VA wants us to jump thru hoops and fire to even get our claims approved for issues that they know via medical records are legit to begin with. So the VA has to look at themselves as well as being part of this problem in a whole as well. They created this monster really of the claims helping companies by denying so many veterans of their rightful claims.

My question is where is the VAs RUclips channel for education? Why is that, whether you’ve been in 4 or 12 years. You get one 6 hour class. On how the Va works. Meanwhile you get monthly, diversity equity and inclusion. As well as sharp, and suicide prevention. The DOD should educate soldiers, on the process of the va. While on AD. They don’t teach you, because they don’t want you educated. Now there butt hurt, when vets ets pay a arm and a leg. But actually when the case. Also with fraud, what about all the vets who got blown up downrange. But they didn’t even get the 6 hour class? Who are under rated, or have no disability at all?? Meanwhile we got executives in the va getting millions in bonuses….

I feel like If the VA Primary Care physicians would do DBQ’s and NEXUS letters for Veterans, then they would not need to go out and spend the money on the two. Especially when the VA is their only health care. So, then they really do not have a choice, because as we know we cannot trust C&P examiners.

61 years young and 0 to 100% in less than a year starting with 10% Tinnitus direct service connection. Had a private, for profit company of Vets that helped, guided & coached me through at every step. Not one penny of out of pocket other than doctor visits, until I won my claims. The payments that I agreed to pay for 12 months and done, is a small price to pay for T & P 100% Benefits for the rest of my life. Everyone has a story but this would have never happened if not for this company and It’s my belief, that you get what you pay for especially if you want to expedite your claims. Semper Fi!

No difference than ambulance chasers, tax prepares, etc. offering their services. As long as your not doing fraud and also the va does their exams etc to verify claims. Some people dont have to gather information etc. If these companies help them and they dont mind paying them. So be it. These companies have a way better success rate then people doing it on their own and thats a fact.

Absolutely agree. The issue however, is because a lot of people are making false claims that not only create a long queue for the rest of us, but forces everyone involved to perform their exams and audits the way they do. Just got a C&P last Wednesday and yesterday I just got my decision. Went from 70% to 90% because you can't lie on an x-ray or MRI. I've met people receiving benefits because they complained enough and played the system in a manner to get awarded benefits they shouldn't have.

In their defense they're not trained on how to do them to make them acceptable to the VBA, they don't have access to the veteran's military medical records if it's a primary claim and also the VA doesn't give them the time in their daily schedule to complete nexus letters. What is much easier than asking for a nexus letter is having a conversation with your doctor on their opinion of what is causing your ailments. If they agree it's service connected then ask them to document their opinion in your VA medical records and you can use that as a medical opinion when you file a claim. This worked great for me when I filed for AFIB secondary to hypertension and asked my electrophysiologist to document my medical records with his opinion.

But at the same time nearly EVERY Ava provider will tell you no that they do not give nexus letters or outright lie to you like mine did and tell you that they are not allowed by the va to give nexus letters
So if you cannot get a nexus letter from the provider that you have been under for months/years, then your only choice is to go outside under another provider out of pocket, for months or years OR a company like talked about here

When you fight overseas and then come home to fight again it can add stressful, depressing, and downright morally wrong! All while trying to be a father, husband, working full time. They want you to give up and settle. They assume we won't fight for what we deserve. The VA lawyers did all the work for me. I know many brothers who died while struggling with life after war, and I'm betting financially stable can lift SOME of the load. I pray that all vets get what they deserve. Went to an ENT doctor for vertigo/vestibular disorder. I had in service records of several barotrauma ear injuries from Mil diving. The ENT did a series of test and diagnosed me with vestibular disorder, vertigo. As soon has the doctor realized I was filing a claim. His whole tone and attitude changed for the worst. He refused to write a nexus letter and told me my vertigo was "subjective" after he just tested and diagnosed me with it. PRICK doctor. blah blah I know anyway. I had an excellent C&P exam. she was very patient and looked at all my records and medical studies of barotrauma and long-term vertigo. I would have been screwed if I got a bad C&P examiner. I fail to understand how the VA can blame claims companies and or the Veteran submitting, when it’s solely the responsibility of the VA to verify claims. That’s the entire fucking point of the VA (VBA). It doesn’t matter if a claims entity puts perfect marks out for a veteran on a DBQ, if the VA doesn’t verify that’s on them. If a Veteran puts 80 conditions on their claim, and all the conditions fall through, that’s on the VA. It is their sole purpose. To examine Veterans, and accurately prescribe their benefits. Compensation, Home Loan, Education, Taxes, Death, etc.
The problem is the VA has a bunch of managers and administration that doesn’t want to actually do the work. They get to sit in their leather chair on their ass all day making up excuses. Come in at 9am and leave at 2pm and get 100 grand a year doing fuck all. That’s the actual problem here and the VA won’t hold itself accountable.

Outstanding video as always, Clay! It's important to address the symptoms of the system resulting in this like you said. With medical opinions, it should always be a fee for the service - meaning the amount of time, energy, and knowledge going into an evaluation. Not the Veteran's future rating. This is because the Evaluator should not be motivated by a potential rating as that may cause them to look for symptoms where there are none or be otherwise biased.

VA physicians have an obligation to aid in the completion of Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) as part of their duties, yet many choose not to do so. This presents a significant challenge for veterans who rely solely on the VA for their healthcare needs, as they are often forced to seek assistance from external sources due to the lack of support from VA providers. The existence of these external companies is a direct consequence of the widespread refusal by VA providers to assist veterans with DBQs, placing an undue burden on veterans who are already grappling with medical issues.

I don't agree with some of the pricing and business tactics, but we should undoubtedly have the freedom of choice. If your disabilities are legit you don’t need anything more because your physician and medical records will be your supporting evidence. If all of this doesn’t work hire a reputable lawyer to assist with the appeal. Theirs a lot of slimy people out there trying to milk money from veterans or offer an “easy way”. At the end of the day these slimy people get paid and the veteran is on the hook for fraudulent claims. It’s simply not worth it.

It was denied. The VA sent me a letter saying I had both a Diagnosis, and a nexus event "The veteran was found to seek treatment in august 2005" but they still denied me because "no qualifying event during service"
I dont know how else to show that I was hurt during that time besides the fucking record of me seeking treatment and also the diagnosis...yet somehow they want more...

If the VA was not committing FRAUD against the Veterans then the Veterans would not have been put into the position of having to seek help in obtaining claims that are justified. Due the the VA's own actions these companies spouted roots and the Veterans had no option (that I am aware of) being able to pick your CNP or other VA attorney, judges, etc. The VA (and the National Records Center) has committed FRAUD by hiding my records to prevent my ability to file claims. The VA has committed malpractice which has lead to the exacerbation of my conditions and even refused to test, diagnose and even treat my medical conditions. The VA has created so many "rules" that prevent Veterans from getting what they justly deserved. The VA has BLACKBALLED Veterans who speak out against them for their violations against Veterans. There isn't any agency OUTSIDE the VA where Veterans can file complaint about SERIOUS issues within the VA.

The biggest problems with the VA claims process as I see them:
    - The process: the VA claims process, and every benefit for that matter is far too complicated. If tech vets struggle, how are the gray bush veterans being affected?
    - VSO's: To their ever lasting shame, Clay, VSO's create claims backlogs by submitting completely unsatisfactory disability claims. They fail to educate veterans on your "Big Three," and submit claims they should already know are failures. They are failures because they are 0%-10% rated conditions when they should prioritize their conditions and start with the highest paying claims.
    - VA employees are the final anchor attached to these claims. VA doesn't train their staff well, and VA leadership is hostile toward their staff. You have made some videos highlighting how bad the VA is at HLR and IU/TDIU

Obtaining a NEXUS is a pain in the neck to get your claim submitted. If the VA process wasn’t so difficult. They wouldn’t be able to remain in business. I am not saying that they should be charging the fees that do charge. We are all adults and should be able to make our own decisions. So when the VA is no longer scheduling un-needed exams and doesn’t have a seventy percent plus error rate and they are meeting their objective of having claims completed in 125 days. If they ever fix the major VA failures I would completely agree with removing claims sharks.

Keep it simple in terms of the "Reputation that precedes' them"". They will all proudly quote (as if a resume) their success rate to date, yet if their claims of success are legit, they too should have something in place to back up their "Claim". By way of verifiable Veteran referral. In terms of being best in their trade, the truly good one's don't have to come to You or rely on their blanket marketing schemes. Their queue is always full.
