Great talk. Im in Athens Greece running 2 apartments and im full all year round. 90% of my bookings are from Booking and only 10% from airbnb. Airbnb has really fallen behind i wonder why ?
Just regional preference. Airbnb is used more in the states.

This guy has so few views and so few likes. Yet he has the ego to call himself the billion dollar king. Sean doesnt realize he kind of reads as a creep and consistently reads as someone you'd never want to work for. The ego in these videos and content titles. Robuilt has a way larger following with way less ego.

The thumbnail is in reference to a very real statistic. I’m not against the thumbnail. I think my team did fine.
I will risk coming off as egotistical here. My students HAVE made over a billion dollars. If that makes me an ego maniac, I guess I’m guilty.
