  • 面包没有烤箱也一样做,超松软手撕面包,简单易做,好吃不上火!
    不用机器,不用使劲揉面,非常蓬松暄软,像棉花一样轻,松软又拉丝,吃一次就会上瘾喔,太好吃了!
    【NO OVEN】You can't buy it from store Very Fluffy Raisin BREAD . Steamed Bread, STEAMED Raisin BREAD, Baking bread at home, new method to make bread. Steamed Bread is softer than toast
    配方 Ingredients:
    高筋面粉280克 (2 杯)
    Bread flour or all purpose flour 280 g (2 cups)
    温牛奶150毫升
    Lukewarm milk 150 ml
    酵母3克(1 茶勺)
    Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
    白糖25克(2 大勺)
    White sugar 25 g (2 tbsp)
    盐3克 (1/2 茶勺)
    Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
    无盐黄油20克 (1 大勺)
    Unsalted butter 20 g (1 tbsp)
    鸡蛋一个60克左右
    Whole egg 60 g +-
    植物油5毫升
    Vegetable oil 5 ml (1 tsp)
    葡萄干50克
    Raisin 50 g
    蔓越莓干30克
    Dried cranberries 30 g
    烤盘11×25×7厘米
    pan size 11×25×7 cm

    今天我做了,真的非常好吃!不过因为我的面粉有1/3 的白全麦,不够白,为了增加颜值,我加了250克南瓜泥,又用素油代替牛油,做成了柔软蓬松,弹性十足的金黄色的面包,甚至凉了亦口感不变,只需微波炉加热20秒。谢谢佳宝妈的灵感!

    Thank you for sharing. I just tried this recipe. Since some comments said the dough was too wet so I only add 120ml of water. I divided the ready dough into two portions, one steamed as showing here. The other portion I made into 4 garlic butter buns and baked at 150 degree for 20 minutes. All turned out soft and nice.
