  • Ford Edge overheating or you don't hear radiator fans engaging? First thing you should do is check all cooling fans fuses and relays (2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | SE | SEL | LIMITED | TITANIUM | AWD | 2.0 | 1.5 | 3.5 ).

Relays will be located in the main fuse box which is under the front hood. You want to check Relays #32, #38 and #39.
Fuses are located in the "hidden" fuse box which is under the main fuse box. You will have to detach main fuse box, lift it up and turn it sideways. Remove the bottom cover and you will get access to the fuses. Check Fuse #59 (40A), Fuse #60 (40A) and Fuse #63 (25A).
If all of the fuses and relays prove to be good then continue by checking wiring towards the fans, electrical connections and testing the fans themselves.
    Thanks for watching.
