The amount of glazing is insane
more glazing than a honey cruller
Nothing crazy being done there at all?? I've seen alot of games over the years and the craziest pre game puck control was Pavel Dadzuk, his moves were nuts.
@brodieallard6638 someone else mentioned Datsyuk, I will have to see if I can find any videos.
agreed! He's amazing!, just nothing special in this clip.
Many school boys can do that
Watch a Zegras warm-up if you get a chance. I show up to games early solely to watch him do crazy stuff
So much skill he kept his head down and skated into a brick wall
@damiengottzit8401 happens sometimes
He plays Minecraft religiously and chirps. If you skated into a brick wall you would not get up at all.
wheres your elite prospects page?
@@odoaceroftheneoromanempire7178 lmao I am the brick wall lol… your user name makes ya sound like a onlyfans millennial TikTok model
Heard his mom has amazing skill
I was most impressed by #17’s move at 1:51 😂
He chopped a huge onion
sweetess hands since datsyuk have a good playoffs all
If you want to see an anazing pre-game warmup ritual, look up diego maradona. Every game?, untied shoes, juggling the ball, never letting the ball hit the ground. And hes really kicking that thing.
@nicholasadams4198 I will check it out!
Thanks for sharing that!
@IREFUSE9 Our pleasure!
I must have missed the "incredible skill" displayed in this video.
Any part with bedard lol
This kid has it, can’t wait to see him once he’s got a few years under his belt
@TheHockeyBarn He definitely looks like the real deal
@@runninwiththedevils
Check out his stats compared to Toews & Kane’s rookie year.. impressive! And both Kane & Toews had A LOT more to work with.
Welcome To The Chicago Blackhawks 98 Connor Bedard
signed one of the most talented guys in the league, still last place. Team sport. How long before Bedard starts answering every question with, "I'm grateful".
@banzaiib probably very soon
Don't get me wrong, Bedard is a tremendous player. It was a one-man show at the World Juniors. But for my money, McDavid is more skillful. Watch McDavid when he practices. His head is up and he doesn't even have to look down to see the puck. He feels it. If McDavid was on a better team, his stats would skyrocket.
@guru2899 fair point, but keep in mind how much younger Bedard is currently.
They are just different styles.. Mcdavid and Crosby are same? no.. all players have different styles and follow what you like .. for me, Bedard has more superstar skill that attract people than Mcdavid. even I know Mcdavid is Mcjeasus like skillful player
But when Bedsy is playing real time he always looks to pass with his head up the entire time then gets pissed off at the puck and flicks it towards the net, head up entire time.
fair point but mcdavid would look down in his rookie years and some years after
WHAT? LIKE THE OILERS DONT SCORE ENOUGH ???? CHECK TO STATS ....HASNT HE WON ENOUGH SCORING TITLES WHILE IN EDM
Connor Bedard Is My Favorite Hockey Player Of All The In Chicago
the glazing is beyond universal
@n.looseBg5711 I don't even know what that means
Anyone know the name of the remix of "This Is What It Feels Like" at 2:09?
Armin van Buuren 2023 Remix
Life long hawks fan. Great player. Practice keeping your head up next time. Your not playing junior hockey anymore.
@dangraesser5341 I am sure Bedard will learn from this costly mistake and keep his head up in the future.
He's a freak. A darn good one... 🔥
@TripleGAutoDetailing Indeed he is
jaw-dropping!
@mathieuchamproux6607 The kid is something
Should have taken the selfie for the fan at the end❤
@nurmibeowulf Would have been nice...
great!
Kid is gonna be a beast
Does anyone know the song at 3:45?
Pressure - alesso edit?
Who cares
Watched the entire video. Still waiting for the “insane” part. #clickbait 😂
He has hands like kane
Here is a skill he will need to improve, KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!
I have a feeling he's going to get good fast if he learns to play with his head up. McDavid is a good example, always scanning the ice and doesnt need to look at the puck much at all
What’s interesting is he is normally excellent at keeping his head up. He’s very aware so he stays away from checks. It only takes one time though.
@cory19 McDavid is a true freak of nature. I think he is the greatest talent I have ever seen play, period.
@@runninwiththedevils yeah he's in contention for best athlete of any sport, if for any reason that hes one of the very few talents that make his competition look silly
his head was up. Did you not see the hit. Just because your head is up doesn't mean you won't get rocked.
Datsyuk says "hold my beer."
Anyone else noticed the Bedard jersey that was backwards
That is connor bedard right there you guys. There appears to be no player as' good as' him right rhere you guys
Followed by a cool down 10min into the game 😮
@fanatic4hockey Unfortunately the Bedard show was very brief on his stop in NJ. LET'S GO DEVILS!!!
INSANE skill ?? 2 words,,, Zac Bell !!!
Mario Lemieux had 100 pts in 73 GP in his rookie year. He was -33. Who the hell cares.
@jeffbarker3001 Plus minus isn't meaningless, but I do not think it is the end all, be all either.
To me plus minus is a stat coach’s look at to see who is a liability out there. Look at kucherov. Has 68 points and is a -3.
Who is the DJ who made this insane mix?
TJ the DJ
"INSANE SKILL" in all-caps???
It's barely worthy of all-lowercase...
Be careful with that caps lock my guy 🤨
King of the toe drag.
His play style will be much more defensive when he comes back... To not get hurt again...
@spacebarwasd9782 I am sure he will learn from his mistake
Glass jaw Bedard!
@SometimesInteresting1 he got caught with the head down!
insane skills ... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
havent seen him interact with a fan once.
@Breakout1213 there are some videos out there
Would look better in a blue and green uniform!!!
Hit the net 1/5 on the one-timers. Jussayin...
and then broken ja
@user-xo1dz6nn8o got caught with the head down
I never get these warmup scenarios. I have no fucking clue what they are doing ;D
@peddaz55 practicing the finesse
@@runninwiththedevils I get that. I mean the "drills" (can you call them drills?). Is there any order to it or just random skating around, taking some shots etc... Must be annoying for the goalie :D
@@peddaz55 Probably random. We do the same shit in beer league warmups
Weird. I'm a hockey coach in Germany and we usually do warm-up drills that serve a certain purpose. So it might get messy from time to time, but there's usually some sort of idea behind it. Can't see that here ;)
He may be a Connor but he's no McDavid. LOL
@a.3086 He is still young, he will be a great player
@@runninwiththedevils Maybe, but small players historically don't last too long. There are exceptions to the rule but most his size can't take the physicality of the game for long careers. We shall see.
@a.3086 he will get bigger some as he grows into his "man body". Marty St. Louis and Brian Gionta come to mind when talking about smaller guys who were able to have long careers.
@@runninwiththedevils Like I said, there are exceptions to the rule. He might put on some weight and muscle but he aint gonna grow 4 inches, his growth spurt is over. And 5'9' players get beat up easily. I hope he proves me wrong but historically small players don't last.
well connor Im buying my ice hockey gear i wanted to take a break and go do some ice fishing but i been really busy and i found my ice hockey gear on ebay so im shopping the best i can runnig with the devil i know what you mean well im glad we can have a sleep over keep up the god work and im going back to bed to get some sleep i want to dream good love you from my nick name is face paint
Just great stuff. That said - I can't help but wonder what the veterans think of this kid and all the attention he gets 24/7. Thinking back to the GOAT, Bobby Orr (Yes. I'm THAT old) in the 70's. Not flamboyant. Super respectful. No showing off of insane skills in warmups for the sake of drawing attention. JUST played his butt off - kicked ass and took names at game time. Just sayin.
@manningchiro I don’t think he’s doing it to show off per se. I think he’s getting repetitions in for the types of moves he does in games. I think he does this stuff so often it comes to him so naturally in game play. I could be wrong but that’s my take on it.
He’s just warming up. Like any sport, hockey players have drills and that’s what a warmup looks like.
Insane😂 Where??🎉😊
@mikekoo another one of those
@@runninwiththedevils U name it? But C.B is not one of them🫳🫴
Can't take a hit to save his life!!!
@discoveryman59 He will learn to play with his head up
connor i got my ice hockey skates and my ice hockey pants and gloves and my ice hockey stick when i get paid agin i go buy my ice hockey shin pads im ready for my sleep over now i go to stick and puck puck when i can love you from the boy from up north
i know your nick name is beaver tail love you from my ncik name is face paint or silver bow love you im ready for my sleep over
I know he's really good but nothing in this video was very impressive honestly.
Co dělá tak zajímavého??? 🤔
nobody here has seen patrick kane
Kane is awesome
Kovalev had unreal hands as well
gonna be best in world when msd fades hes 27 so wont be toooo long
@cameronpickard7456I think McDavid will be dominant for nearly another decade.
😂where these insane skills. Such puck management skills has each young floorball player in Finland and Sweden
Floorball is lamest sport in the whole world
LOL thats' why they are still in Finland and Sweden and not the NHL
Does that kid yelling "Bedard" for four minutes straight not have parents? Maybe they were just relieved to be rid of the little bastard for a few. Sounds like its probably tough to get a babysitter... Damn. No more hockey games for you little fella or public outings of any sort
@charliebackman7968 maybe he snuck into the arena, lmao. He just wanted Connor's attention...
@@runninwiththedevils ya that's why he needs parents. He sounds well beyond the age of knowing that no one owes you their attention just cause you yell their name incessantly. Who is training these cretins ?!
Easy C junior level
Y’all screwed him up
@way2go636 gotta keep that head up!
Bedard last warmup before his injury later on in the game…..
@user-so5nc8iz4f Brendan Smith caught him, and that was the end of his night.
Kadri
I can do all of this and some.
@JACHOCKEY you are skilled!
@@runninwiththedevils thank you ❤️
I didn't see any insane skills during that warmup.
He actually missed some tricks, shot few times over the goal, and that's it?
qquick and smoothly, check heand sand heads, drill. this is something that require a lot of hours of practice, he is only 18 yo
@@StanDSM2GAWD good stick handling yes, still nothing really extraordinary imo.
Not saying he is not a great player at such a young age - just a comment on clickbate headline
EXCELLENT HIT BY BRENDAN SMITH.
@walterneville2625 Brendan eased up a bit, he could leaned into it in Scott Stevens fashion and sent Bedard into orbit. LET'S GO DEVILS!!!
Amazing but no Kane.
@amirjon Kane is a legend
Don't all these clowns with signs realize he's at work?
@briansmith2125 LOL, definitely not. There was an insane amount of people there with Bedard signs etc.
Nice clickbait, nothing insane here, every 15 yo kid can do same shit.
😂😂😂it’s the same skill set as every other star. Nothing to see here
Молодчик, только мелковат.
one insane skills trick he can't do: make chicago a good team. smh.
@eruston lol, this is true
Kids made of glass though
@dirtycommtroop He will learn to play with his head up
😊❤
He is no Gretzky...not even in the same league.
@gregmorton2524 there is only one Wayne
pontorez and sucker
I'm ready for my sleep over Conner
lol
I didn't see anything"insane" here, lots of kids do that stuff, and I dont think any of it will do him any good in the NHL. Fighting for the puck and winning along the boards, keeping the puck in the opposition end during the last minutes of a tie game, passing right onto the blade for a goal that counts, standing up to a guy thats pounding your teammate, this is the HNL not bantam grade 9 boys showing off on the rink after school
when does he do something insane? i can do all the same shit with goal stick
@kidwicked99 you are very talented then!
Dude you couldn’t hold bedard jock strap
i wouldn’t consider myself exceptionally talented. i’m saying what he’s doing in this video isn’t impressive. everyone i play with can do this in beer league. he’s got way more skill than what he’s showing here. marking out to him for this is hilarious
Hot dogging and tricks don't win Stanley Cups !
@randyhuke3773 Indeed this is true!
Мама бедарда))
Nothing here was insane at all.
@bretlenhart8280 Pretty impressive to the average person...
connor its me my nick name is face paint yea im ready my head hurts im ready i take it slow to go back to the ice i just wanted to streach out my legs and my back im ready for some wig wam rocking time im rady for some one on one time with you yea i am monteral ice hocky is still there im ready for some word hockey time they use to use in the 1980s i share with you connor yea i know your nick name is seth and your feelings got hurt bad from another boy yea i know im not looking for a weekender im just saying when i play ice hockey yea i know its fine i missed being rocked when it comes to ice hockey wig wam yea im natvie american in the 1980s during the cold war as ice hockey players we got paried up and it was a way for ice hockey teams in youth programs to save money and save on the grocery shopping food bill and it was i miss it bad yea i know i missed being rocked and when they whisper in my ear it makes me more focused as a ice hockey player and it is you look good out there keep up the good work sincerly my nick name is face paint and its is love you from my other nick name is silver bow
BAHHAAHAHHAHAAAAAHHAHAA hahaahhahahaaajhahahhaahhahaha😂😂
Show us something that a reasonably skilled Bantam or Midget can’t do. If you think this video is special, you are a legend in your own mind. 👎🏾
What am I supposed to be impressed by?
If you never played hockey before, stick handling like this, really hurts your lower back so it’s not easy to maintain for 3-4 minutes.
Uh- it shouldn’t. Your form and stretching is not very good if it hurts like that.
You shouldn’t be bending your back a lot, to get lower you should be pulling your butt back so that you don’t need to lower your back very much. Notice how Bedard doesn’t bend his back very much, this is important so that his head can stay upward so he can actually see what’s around him.
@@greathoonta3461 Yup just like he saw the hit that was coming for him? As good as Stevens' hit on Lindros.
Bedards a little cocky for a rookie. Maybe I’m getting old but he could use a little ofMcDavids humbleness. And for the record he could have tossed a few pucks into the crowd. Maybe he did but they didn’t show.
@@greathoonta3461 depends the length of your stick. A forward is going to have a much shorter stick for better wrist and snapshots and better puck control than a defensemen would. My stick was always 2 inches under my nose on skates so I had to really lean down to puck handle but it gave me incredible grip on the puck once it sat in the middle of my blade.
Hes a just having fun man chill. Besides McD is a totally different type of dude@@djrondo1224
Down vote. Only thing insane here is the click bait title.
@eio4528 sorry you did not enjoy it
0 steez
where the fuck is the incredible skill in this video?
@Yellosvk I guess you're one of the people that can easily do everything he does....
Yes - And now he can practice drinking from a straw.
sadly
Meh. Everyone is skilled these days. But out of 800 players in the NHL, Bedard's +/- is tied for 798th worst. He has the worst record of all 100 current rookies. And it ain't because the team sucks. Dickinson is a +8. And it ain't because he's 18. So is Benson, and he's a plus 1. And it ain't because he's a rookie and rookies don't know how to play a two-way game. Marco Rossi is doing fine. No, it's because the dude is out to pad his stats and couldn't care less about playing as part of a team.
Yea the guys not perfect. Is the team better or worse without him?
plus minus means nothing
That's like saying penalty minutes say nothing. You're right, but also wrong. It's not a perfect stat, but take and goal differential statistic you want and Bedard is on the bottom of all rookies and almost the entire league. Why? Because he doesn't play fundamentals. He refuses his responsibilities and is just out their floating and looking to pad his stats. @@umlaut7506
Better. Chicago is going to be more successful without him in the lineup. Watch. @@jeffbarker3001
@Borodin410 that would be an interesting twist for sure
And he will never have any success with this team led by Richardson
@Vtwin60 He will likely have several coaches throughout his career
That was a waste of my time.
so far at 18 connor mcdavid is better
@karnige5804 potentially
Over rated and exaggerated. Give any top 10 rookie first line time and 10 shots a game and similar numbers will show
@overwatchtactical888 Nobody can "give" someone 10 shots a game, lol
Keep your head up like McDavid kiddo !!
@LEON..D he will learn from his mistake
