The people being angry calling him a false God is them angry at the fact that he can't be everywhere. They try to treat him like a God when he's just a well...Superman. Thus creating doubt/fear. The voice said "The feeling of powerlessness can turn a good man cruel" An that powerlessness ain't Supes. Catch my drift? One voice in the teaser says (that voice being Jesse Eisenberg who plays Luthor) Saying "Devils come from the sky" Trying to convince SOMEONE that Superman is bad....who would he be talking to? The news? Or Wayne himself. Creating doubt in Bruce thus causing him to want to take down The man of steel himself, to do his "duty". Superman isn't the villain. Batman isn't the villain. Whoever is using them to hurt each other *cough* Luthor *cough* is the villain. There. this film is taking the Batman from the dark knight returns graphic novel (older/veteran). in that Superman is sent by the government to bring Batman in. that's the reason for the fight. don't think that is the case for this film. in this film Batman has been around a lot longer than Superman (at least 10-15 years) and they don't know each other like the graphic novel. I think Batman is just as sceptical of Superman becoming bad/corrupt like other people. I am sure Lex has some part in them coming to blows. I also don't think that was Batman speaking at the end, doesn't seem like something he would say. more of a villains line. maybe the villain that makes Batman and Superman work together, which is inevitable due to the fact this movie is setting up the Justice League movies.

Actually Fraser, there is an episode in Superman: The Animated Series where Joker makes a deal with Lex Luther and goes up against Superman. You should try and watch it if you haven't seen it.
Also fraser the rumor Is Lex Luthor ( Whi is confirmed for the movie) has hacked the Bat Plane and is killing people which will cause Superman to fight Batman at the films Climax. Batman is at the Batmobile in that scene possibly trying to stop it.
Maybe people idolize Sups as a god but then Sups like "Come one guys, stop it, I'm just helping out". Then there's Lex who just opposes the idea of a super powered alien in there world doing what he wants to do. Then Batflecks like "These people are lost Alfred" then Alfred says "You should follow your path sir to see if he is what he says he is". Then maybe a conflict happened and there fighting and we have our movie... Best synopsis ever...
I am NOT looking forward to this movie at all I'm probably not going to see it until its on DVD Man of Steel sucked so I don't have a whole lot of hope for this and plus I'm really sick of the whole Superman vs Batman stuff Superman and Batman are my favorite superheroes but I have zero interest in this movie
