    i already owned your book but recently bought the dvd of 'essentrics class of 2012' -- i have completed only 2/3rd of it so far (I did the standing ones three days in a row but the lying down ones only yesterday) and my body pain especially in my knees has disappeared. i am in my early 30s but due to many fractures i had a lot of pain till now.

    She is so amazing. My flexibility has improved exercising with her on PBS #classical stretch and it’s no jerky no hard movements just really increase your body fascia and flexibility

      yes and i was able to do gardening (weeding) for the first time with no pain after following her daughters dvd as well as the intro to essentrics and other freebies they put online on youtube!!! but that dvd class of 2012 is the biggest game changer - the ones on youtube are good accompaniments but that dvd is awesomeeee
