@@blackman5867Krita is a free program that has a timeline, so could do it in that! Basically anything that has a frame timeline and an onion skin will get you 85% of the way there for 2D animations

But while I would love something big and impressive like this, I have neither the room or money for it. So yeah, any recommendations for smaller cheaper drawing tablets?
