Love is something you must know from the inside. You must love yourself before you can love anyone else. And if a person doesn't love themselves they WILL hurt you and treat you badly. Let them go.
Narcissism and empathy are a spectrum...a duality. It's important to learn to balance both...⚖️ If you are on the extreme side of the spectrum, either Narcissists or emapth...nature will seek to balance itself...resulting in the common Narcissists/empath relationship power struggle. Until you learn to balance it...the cycle will keep repeating in every relationship. For example...extreme empaths need to tune into, and focus on themselves more...more self love and boundaries and standing your ground and living your own truth no matter what anyone thinks. Narcissists...well need to learn it's not all about them and can be more thoughtful of others lol. But we all fall somewhere on the spectrum. The beauty comes when we can slide ourselves along the spectrum accordingly, depending on the situation🌟

I have unconditionally love for a lot of people. I have unconditionally love for GOD I have never seen GOD. I have unconditionally love for my sister. She has been dead for 30 years. I have unconditionally love for my family. I may see these people every 10 years if that. I may talk to my family members every nine years. These people have a life and bills to pay. They don’t have time speaking nonsense to me. If they get sick we will be there. Other than that leave me alone
