There's a machine sound effect a 1:07. It's a rising and falling low whine, layered in with some other things. I Regard it as the "Wilhelm Scream" of its kind of effect. It's old, and you hear it in everything once you know what it is. And yes, there are other similar ones in this.

I was watching WALL-E the other night and decided to look this short up, found this video laughed and went on my way. Was with a friend and her Disney plus account so we looked up this short. It got to BURN-E reaching for the lighting rod and I was shocked to not hear the “NO! NONONonono! Ahhhh”. Came back to your vid and I saw why! Seriously that addition add 1000% to this and I am so glad this exist!
