I love how they say Wall-A's has no personalities, but they shown being very gentle. In deleted scenes they were so proud of Wall-E making cubes that one of them pat him on the head.
I saw a theory that Wall-E's "Malfunction" was less of an actual malfunction and more of a programming Loophole. Basically, the theory states that the Wall-e units were programmed to record the details of certain objects, namely size, weight, density, etc. to determine how compactible they are. The Wall-E Unit in the film ALSO followed this code-- learn stats on objects to improve efficiency-- but lived far longer than most of the other units and was able to store more of that info, including remnants from Humanity's past. So eventually, after archiving most objects it found, the unit began to contemplate potential purposes of each item, slowly becoming more "curious" about the damaged world around it. And by the time of the film, these memories, remnants, and curiosities build a "personality" out of that loophole, while still following the cleanup directive. It's in a pinned comment on CinemaWins' Everything Great about Wall-e if you want to check it out.
To that, I think wall As are just scaled up wall es. Why they seem less emotional than wall e is because wall e has presumably a few hundred years on them.

Nice that there's a Axiom Database on the descriptions of each robot from the film, as well as giving us some really interesting trivia that we don't get from the film.

3:20 they state BnL recently discontinued a class of robot if this description takes place when Wall E takes place 700 years in the future it means BnL as a corporation run by someone still exists.
They never explained where the Axiom gets new supplies for the 700 year voyage. It would have made sense if everything was designed to be recycled, but the existence of the WALL-As and the garbage they throw out shows that the axiom is ejecting tons of material every day. The axiom has some kind of renewable buffet, but even assuming advanced technology, they can't violate the laws of thermodynamics.
True. I've always been kinda thrown off by that, too. Where is all this metal and garbage coming from on the ship if they haven't gotten resupplies in 700 years? Just a little movie mistake seemingly. But hey, WALL-E is a very well-fleshed-out movie with tons of thought put behind it, with a very specific and deep set-up. There would inevitably be some cracks in the story or world building that would show up in places, am I right?

Almost forgot the days of loading in a DVD and you didn't just get the movie, but an entire menu screen etc. Thunderbirds definitely comes to mind.
BURN E
What everyone sees: just a cool name for a cool bot who had his own short film
What i see: does this boat burn the letter *E* ?
LMAO
I'm surprised that BnL hasn't designed a robot to mine nearby asteroids or comets to resupply the ship.
xsailor85 same no but they should put weapons on the Axiom to protect it from asteroids
Edit:the docking robots could do that with modifications
O
I’m just putting up with the fact that nobody toke some scenes from Wall-E/burn-e with the doors open just, red was not the imposter

6:58 Is this implying that the SPR-A class robots went on strike? And they demanded a lunch break?
When I first heard that,I thought literal lunch breaks, who said robots ATE?
WALL-E hyperfixated on _Hello, Dolly._ SPR-A hyperfixated on Marx.
@@quantumblur_3145 LMAO 😂
Is anyone going to mention that GO-4 can send orders to SENTRYBOTS! Where are they on the Axiom?
I didn't know Go-4 made hot coffee . . . .
I can’t believe that this movie was made in 2008, btw anyone watching the movie in 2020. I was 2 years when this movie came out. Miss the old days
Fully agreed. Only I was four when it came out. I miss the 2000's. Before all this chaos

2:48 Say that to the deleted scene where they pat the cute Wall-E on the head.
Why are they patenting the gyroscopic locomotion sphere? Who are they protecting the invention from? BnL already monopolised… everything even the colour Blue.
The chef bot I hope on of them is called Ram-sy WHERES THE LAMB SAUCE
Gordon ramseye as a robot
Ramsey wasn’t popular in 2008

J_M RR h*ck? What's h*ck? The only thing I can think of is heck and that's not even a swear word so I don't see why you censored it. It could just be that you meant to type f*ck but pressed H instead of F, ether that or you're just a oversensitive 5 year old idiot! But I don't know you so I'm not sure. I just realised that I rote a extremely long comment just because someone censored something and I'm not sure what it was.
DarthAdipose agree
DarthAdipose ... And here I thought *I* was pedantic. But you have a very good point.
