It is unbelievable how many people these days do not do their homework when it comes to planning for a trip involving flying. That is where you have to do your part as a potential passenger before going to the airport to read the fine print on everything including the apps when it comes to refunds, rebookings, and policies when it comes to unexpected events disrupting the flight as well as having phone numbers ready in case anything happens or there is any question to ask. It does sound like a hassle many do not want to do but it is a bigger hassle for passengers just because of an upset passenger over something that can be taken care of. Everybody assumes the airport staff for airlines know everything. Not outside the airline. Only when it comes to the airline. Most of the all-caps rage going on in airports not including drunk passengers are just passengers who get upset over something that can be fixed easily, putting the blame on airport staff, and not wanting to comply including entitled passengers making everybody get off the airplane and have the gall to talk smack to everybody that can cause a passenger or more passengers to go in all-caps rage. Flying is a privilege, not a right. Any problem can be fixed by calling the right number or asking the proper staff. Did you miss a flight? Rebook instead. Flight is full? Rebook instead. Drunk? Do not fly until you are sober. Having a bad day or mad? Back away and sit down until you are in your right mind. Booking went bad? Call the airline number or ask the airline staff calmly. All of these problems were not bad back then.

Yelling at a gate agent or otherwise acting disorderly in an airport terminal is a surefire way to end up rewarded with a shiny new pair of silver bracelets alongside a free trip to the local Jailhouse Motel courtesy of Airport Police. Well... It's easy for pax to escalate the situation as they didn't get their right. It's about negotiation skill the agents.
So how was this resolved? Did the guy have a valid complaint & did the Emirates agents satisfy his complaint or was he in the wrong?
she let a passenger get his Lemo they got him a cab home
