They’re f**cking insane having pit bulls running freely around their infant. No matter how sweet they seem, these dogs have been known to snap and tear people, especially children, apart in an instant. It’s engrained in them.

I think a lot of families dont take the time to do stuff like this and that is why the dog ends up attacking the child, they start to neglect their dogs when children are involved or they just ignore the signs of aggression, i love how they helped him adjust to crew on his on time instead of forcing it and still showing him the love and attention he is used to

Right good thing he’s giving them both equal attention…he’s probably actually giving more to the dog and thank god because the day he doesn’t, right? Heaven forbid the dog gets to jealous one day and attacks the baby but it’ll just be the dad’s fault for not giving the dog enough attention…definitely worth the risk I’d say, wouldn’t you?

shite, you do work with your dog every day but the idea that he'll attack your kid because the family dynamic changed is bollocks. Your dog understands his role or he doesn't. Your dog doesn't have that ability to get jealous and become resentful because he's not the baby anymore. anthropomorphising your dog doesn't do you or your family any favours. Don't own a dog please.

One thing that worries me is that Bronson and Kush’s ears are cropped. Whether they were rescued or the owners chose to have this done at birth, its reinforcement of a fighting breed lifestyle. Almost every owner of a “Pittie” claims without fail that they are just “nanny dogs”. Until one day that dog decides it views the parents or young child/children as either a threat, or something that angers it in any various way. Reference- A mother in the news recently that along with her husband, raised multiple Pit Bulls from birth, with young children being raised at the same time. Until one day the dog, for whatever reason, decided to maul the young child resulting in the child’s death. I love all dogs, no matter the breed. But it is imperative to be aware AT ALL TIMES with all breeds. ESPECIALLY with Pit Bulls that are around children.

*‘I Have No Arms and I’m Dying’: Mom’s Arms Ripped by Family Pit Bull While Protecting Son From Attack*
A Wisconsin woman died on Thursday, eight days after she was attacked by her family’s dog while protecting her 4-year-old son.
Heather Pingel, 35, and her son were home alone at the family’s Bowler residence at the time of the December 8 incident. Pingel’s boyfriend and the boy’s father, Shane Bernarde, told the Wausau Daily Herald that Pingel was in the bathroom with the door closed when he came home from his brother’s house.
Police said Pingel told Bernarde that their son fell down the steps and she did not know where he was. After Bernarde found their son in the living room, he returned to the bathroom - to find their pit bull attacking Pingel, according to the Daily Herald.
“Shane got home to find her lying on the bathroom floor. She said, ‘I have no arms and I’m dying,'” Pingel’s sister told the news outlet.
It is unclear how long Pingel had been fighting the dog before her boyfriend found her.
Bernarde reportedly told police that he grabbed the pit bull and dragged it outside. He claimed he then got a pistol and fatally shot the dog, police wrote in their report.
Responding officers reportedly found Pingel unable to speak and having difficulty breathing. Her sister told the Daily Herald that Pingel suffered kidney failure and had both arms amputated before she succumbed to her injuries.
Pingel’s sister also said her 4-year-old nephew had to get 70 stitches for his leg, but he is back home. The Daily Herald reported that Pingel and Bernarde’s 5-year-old daughter was at school at the time of the attack.
Bernarde said he was also bitten by the dog, but the nature of his injuries was not disclosed.

@Bagar How about these two pit bulls? Are they the breed standard? “Two children were killed and their mother was hospitalized after the family's two pit bulls attacked them outside their family home in Tennessee, authorities said. Family members said Kirstie Jane Bennard, 30, suffered multiple injuries when she tried to pull the dogs off her 5-month-old son Hollace Dean and 2-year-old daughter Lilly Jane, who were killed in the attack.
"She put her body on top of Lilly's to try and protect her after the attack started," Bennard's husband's uncle, Jeff Gibson, told USA Today. "Both [dogs] started attacking her while she lay on Lilly." The Oct. 5 attack lasted 10 minutes.

Be careful. Dogs are animals at the end of the day. My boyfriend has a big dog like yours and I have 3 cats. It's been 4 years since we've been together and everything has been okay, but the other day we came in from shopping and his dog picked one of my cats up, to get to us first I think and he shook her. We shouted and luckily she let go. The dog has never harmed anyone or animal and is 9 years old. She was brought up with a cat. Watch them all the time. I know you will probably do this but never, ever leave them alone. Love your dogs btw and your little family. Just thought I'd say. Lots of ❤️

We got upset so he dropped the chicken, which just casually walked off, unharmed

Keep it away from your child or give it away to a friend until your child is older.

*Mum’s horror as ‘good’ family pit bull mauls six-month-old baby girl to death*
*A HEARTBROKEN mum has spoken of the harrowing moment her six-month-old baby was mauled to death by the family dog.*
Little Kamiko Dao Tsuda-Saelee was playing in her walker at her family home in Las Vegas when the pitbull sunk its teeth into the tot.
Her mother, Layla Tsuda, left the pair alone while she briefly nipped to the toilet.
Moments later she returned to find the dog, named Mana, was savaging her baby girl.
Tsuda managed to stop the attack, but tragically the baby had already suffered major injuries, according to KTNV.
She was rushed to hospital with blunt force trauma to the head but could not be saved.
In a statement devastated Tsuda told KHON-TV: “I have no words to explain my pain.”
*She said the family was blindsided by the attack as the pooch, who had been in the family for nine years, had never bitten anyone.*

*Father charged after 3-year-old child critically injured in pit bull attack, police say*
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC/Gray News) - Police say a child was attacked by a pack of pit bulls in Tennessee Monday night.
The Memphis Police Department reports officers were called to a neighborhood regarding a person being bitten by a dog around 5 p.m.
Police said they found that five pit bulls attacked a 3-year-old named Lorenzo, who suffered critical injuries.
WMC reports the child was taken to the hospital in critical condition where the staff was able to stabilize the toddler’s vital signs.
Authorities said they charged the child’s father, Kendale Taylor, with child endangerment.
Additionally, Memphis Animal Services issued Taylor a citation for failure to maintain the dogs.
Taylor disputes the police account of the incident, saying the dogs were not pit bulls but instead boxer-Belgian Malinois mixes. He claims the attack on his son was “an accident” after the toddler wandered outside unattended.
Police said the dogs involved were seized by animal control.
Neighbors say the attack could have been prevented if Lorenzo’s family would’ve listened to their warnings.
Neighbor Mike Armstrong says he’s very familiar with the dogs involved in the attack and says they’ve been a nuisance to the entire neighborhood since the family moved in just a few months ago.
“I done voiced my concerns, a lot of people have,” Armstrong said. “But they wouldn’t listen. They got little dogs running all around, pits. Breeded with pits.”
Records show that in 2020, Taylor racked up 16 dog-related citations for city ordinance violations. Nine of those charges were for Taylor allegedly allowing dogs to run free and seven others were in regard to a violation of the city’s spay/neuter ordinance.
Memphis Animal Services says they’re assisting police in the investigation. Once completed, Taylor will receive a charge for each dog involved in the attack.

*An infant was mauled to death in front of his mother in yet another pit bull attack.*
*The dog's owner is up in arms after the SPCA put down her dog, which she described as her "child".*
*Asked if she was to blame for the deadly incident, owner Noeleen Fourie said yes and no.*
The owner of the pit bull that mauled a one-year-old on Hallows Farmhouse in East London has expressed mixed feelings about accepting responsibility for the child's death.
"I feel it is my responsibility because he killed a child, but I also feel it is not my responsibility because everybody on the farm knows you can never trust a dog. You can't trust any dog," 65-year-old Noeleen Fourie told News24.
Fourie claimed her dog, Whisky, attacked the child after her neighbour's dogs started barking.
The dog grabbed the one-year-old by the neck in front of his horrified mother, who was sitting on a camp chair and feeding her child a slice of cake, she said.
It dragged him for more than a metre until Fourie put two of her fingers up its nostrils to get the dog to release the boy.
She said they rushed the child to Frere Hospital, but he was declared dead on arrival.
Fourie claimed the SPCA promised her the dog would not be put down without a court order, but she got a call on Thursday morning stating otherwise.

These parents need their heads examined and child protection services need to be called in after seeing this vlog in my opinion. Dangerous, reckless behaviour to leave a jealous pit bull hovering over a new born baby in a home as it takes seconds for a dog to attack a defenceless baby at any given moment. And no amount of intervention will stop an attacking PIT BULL. Any dog breed for that matter can be unpredictable, as it is a dog and an ANIMAL that has natural wild instincts and unpredictablilty that is inbreed in them that no amount of training is ever going to get rid of. A pit bull is on a dangerous animal ownership list with a list of conditions for ownership in many countries in the world for a REASON. No arguments or attitude from dog owner's that their pet is socialized, loving, child-friendly well-trained and will never bite or attack anyone will ever stand up in court or to fact. And I have heard it all from dog owners. People need to understand that a dog ultimately has natural wild instincts that will always be there. Any dog needs extremely careful supervision around babies/children and furthermore any dog listed on a Dangerous Breed List has no business being near Children ever or bought as a family pet. But purchasing a dangerous breed listed dog and having it as a pet in a home and bringing babies/children into that equation is a very selfish thing to do and reckless behaviour. I am expecting the large amount of pit bull owners etc. to get on here and spout out all sorts of things like my dog is an angel and will never bite/attack anyone, it's socialised and well trained from a young age and is in a good home and is treated and reared extremely well and it is only ill treated dogs that attack. But the facts are there for everyone and dog owners cannot DENY or ARGUE with FACTS and the staggering amount of cases of dangerous, vicious attacks by Pit Bulls all around the world, with unfortunately many fatalities of mainly young children and babies torn to shreds in homes and attacks that have caused serious injuries and disfigurements to neighbours and members of the public by these dogs. How anyone could purchase a Pit Bull and keep as a family pet is beyond insanity. The likelihood of something Awful happening has extremely high odds. You would want to be very, well insured, have the dog on a heavy-duty, secure lead and for it to be muzzled in any public place and for the dog handler to be well capable of handling and controlling the dog in public at all times and over a certain age threshold. Also very secure fencing is needed around a property to keep this dog secure/controlled along with an electronic dog collar to secure dog to perimeter of property. This dog is not recognised as a child-friendly pet anywhere! Careful, controlled conditions are needed to be enforced if you have this kind of dog in your home. No point in looking at this dog with rose-tinted glasses and see it as lovable, cute, cuddly and child friendly pet as this is not the case as FACTS demonstrates. People need to be more clued in and use their brains, be informed, educate yourself and do your research.
