I'm just a little confused. If you already have a folded side, why cut that off just to end up folding the tulle again. Why not cut the tulle in half at the fold, the cut it across at 7 inches instead of cutting off the fold then cutting at 11 in, then folding? You will still have your two pieces
I saw that you used both grosgrain ribbon and satin ribbon in the solid colors. Doesn't look like one weighs on the tulle more than the other. Did you have to adjust the tension on your machine when you switch from one to the other? Love your tutorials. Always learn something new. TFS
Hey, actually no it doesn't weight anything down much more. I usually use more tulle if I am using grosgrain yo keep the fluff. And no I didn't need to adjust the tension. The grosgrain I used in this video was thin and light. Not like most thick ribbon. :)
