You're not keeping it "secret" so you can make a larger profit, but actually showing us how to create our own if we so wish. That takes such a generous heart. :)
this so so cool! my daughter wants to be rainbow dash for halloween and I honestly didn't even think of using cardboard to make sure each one is even and the right length last time I made a tutu I cut it after the fact and ot was horrible. thanks for this tutorial

I made my first tutu but i did 22 in lengths folded in half for every layer ( she is 4) and i was told use 11in tulle length. I now have a very full tutu. Should I trim the layers off?

When you measure the waistband cut off 2 to 4 inches and when you loop the tulle don’t tug too tight or it will stretch
