Im sorry but I'm partial to aimie. The anger and emotion in her voice just kills me. All of them are emotional but i just love aimie so so much and her voice kills me. All of these ladies kill it though!
You sould hear the on stage performance of Sam, it's unfair that they used that audio of her singing in her bed while recording with her phone :/

Honestly, I think Jodie was the best. Mostly due to the fact that the way she sings, reminds us that not only was she 18 when she was beheaded, but a lot of the stuff those men did to her, she either didn't want, or was too young and naive to know better and was taken advantage of big time.
I love the way she lets the last bit slip out with so much emotion and it really seems natural. I’ve seen her live and she’s incredible!! But I love all of them and I couldn’t pick a favourite

For me, it's hands-down Aimie, Jodie, Sophie.
Aimie's raw emotion was fantastic, that *growl* in her voice sounds damn near amazing.
Jodie's conveys the hurt and sadness and confusion, it's unfiltered and sounds raw in a different way to Aimie's, but I love it just as much.
And then Sophie's has this childlike essence to it that adds to the trauma Howard went through, and I love her variation on the riff, the change would've been enough to do it, but it compliments the atmosphere of her performance so much I just can't--
However - Alicia is a close fourth. I don't know what it is about her performance that I like so much, but it's definitely there.

actually the I heard the live version of Sam Pauly singing AYWD and hers are most likely to be emotional too (like all the sh-- and the bs she've been through, she's like cracking up, that's my explanation for that)
the ones that was used here was kinda unfair but I can't blame the creator if the live version of her AYWD was taken down in that time

my favourites were definitely Aimie, Vicki, Sam and Courtney. Courtney is so underrated (in my opinion) and I love the way she sings this song! But they were all amazing!

I really like when the Howards' do the third "only thing" differently, Sam has a really good example of that in her stage version.
I’ve never heard Sophie before and the way she delivers the lines, sounding so desperate and innocent, broke my heart... definitely my favourite here

You can never take away Aimee for creating all of the original cues for queens to follow but I am a HUGE Vicki fan!!!!
Samantha Pauly has always and will be my favorite. But all of them are amazing everyone in all the casts are perfect.

My Top 3 are:
1) Alicia - You can hear the pain in her voice. It’s like a beautiful cry for help before meeting her fate.
2) Jodie - You can heat so much emotion in the clip; and it honestly breaks my heart.
3) Sophie. The reason I like Sophie’s is because it’s more britney to me than Ariana. And that isn’t bad at all! I like that it’s a more mature take. Also the love the way she sings “Fair”!!

This clip doesn't represent Sam's intense emotion and power since she was just doing a cover in her bedroom, in the actual performance I think she is as good as the rest, if not even better

Not necessarily the recording here because it isn't her stage performance, but my god the raw emotion, pain, and anger she puts into her performance at the end outranks everyone else by light years for me. (They're all amazing, don't get me wrong. Her's is just my personal favorite)

it’s unfair that Samantha Pauly’s one was her bedroom cover since in the show she puts an INSANE amount of emotion into it. She is by far the best K Howard, voice wise and emotionally.

My personal preference is Courtney, (largely influenced by the fact that I saw her live and was completely blown away by her performance of this song. I can't get it out of my head, it was really powerful) but they are all amazing!! So impressed with all of the singing talent and how they can each take it and make it their own.
Aimee is spectacular, I love Courtney as well. Also the emotion in Vicki, Georgia and Sophie’s performances was really amazing

You can't beat the OG. Aimie just does things with her voice that no other K Howard can do.
I'm going to be honest, I don't know which one did it best. The original cast recording has gotten me so used to hearing that note hit perfectly, but at the same time there's some of the others in this video that pretty much slammed the spirit out of me. I just want to see the day when I can finally pull off arranging Six in 6 Minutes and find a way to put each cast to the test.

I personally enjoyed Samantha Pauly’s the most, but that was in her bedroom and the only recordings of her for the show keep on being taken down. She has the best emotion and vocals in my opinion because I can tell when she sings and when she doesn’t, same with the rest of her fellow cast members. Aimie in my opinion is pretty good and Alicia was outstanding, but Sam takes the cake for me.

I've seen Courtney in the Syd 2020 run, and the new Howard, Chelsea Dawson now in 2022. Both were incredible live.
Courtney is currently playing Anna in the Frozen Aus tour, which is why she didn't reprise her role. She was already set to be taken over by Chelsea mid-Melb 2020 run, to start Frozen, but the Melb 2020 run never even began.
All of the K. Howard's did realky good with the riff. I get chills everytime whenever they sing the riff

You should have used audio from the actual Broadway production and not her tiktok video as on stage Samantha killed it with raw emotion and feeling. Her stage production is my fave by far

They are ALL fabulous! The only problem I was having with some of them was how they sang the 'r' in over. Personally I like having the very choral 'ovar' rather than 'ovErr' but, that is a personal preference of someone trained chorally 😂 Everything else was stunning about all of them

I don’t get how people can sing emotional songs, I’d be sobbing by the final chorus in this one, especially in front of an audience.
