Loving the Sierra themed. Your the only one that I noticed talks about your beloved Sierra in your videos an how you feel missing her. Admirable that you do.There's utubers i watch that have lost there dogs an never speak about them after there gone. Everyone mourns differently for sures in saying that.
I like your setup. I think I’d use the truck camper to sleep at night with the diesel heater and then use the tent during the day. Looks like a great location!
Meadow seems to be highly intelligent. She watches everything you do. Probably could be one of those army smart dogs. What beautiful dog. ❤❤ Nice video Brian. Rip Sierra ❤
Hi Brian and Meadow , i always enjoy all of your camping videos . I hope you will have snow ❄️ soon . I definitely understand missing Sierra , i still miss my girl . I do have her a new sister now . I hope yall have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !
It's funny you watch Crazy Quady too. I'm from the South Kcmo metro. So I conciter him close from me in the Omaha area. Didn't know You were a Kansas guy. Love that! I have a home made truck camper made from a fiberglass internet truck box from 2 pices and a center seam. Almost like a u-haul camper designed for a truck bed in two pices. Love your hot tent. Hopefully I'll be in the market soon for that as I save up. Love your content!
@ yeah me to, that’s a huge property, I told him he better get a four wheeler lol any see u and your precious dog on your channel stay safe happy trails
Question: I bought a wood burning stove with the little mesh cover at the top to keep sparks or embers from flying out but my first time out it filled with soot and made my tent all smoky. Have you dealt with that before? How often would you say that needs to be cleaned? I think part of the problem was I bought cheap wood from Home Depot to take with me because it was chopped to just the right size. Now I’m planning to cut my own but I’ll take all input you can share 😊
Hi Christy, yeah those wire mesh spark arrestors accumulate soot really fast so you have to clean them daily. I used to have one of those but stopped using it because they are such a hassle. Wood that is seasoned property won't have as much build up but you'll still need to clean the wire mesh spark arrestor on a daily basis to avoid any backdraft/airflow issues.
I bought a canvas tent when I was nomading because of UV resistance, but little did I know that having to break camp in wet weather is an inevitability, so mold is not a moot issue. I would consider a Cabela’s were I to do it over again.
What a beautiful spot you’re at. I’m curious how you put that large tent up by yourself? The last tent I put up was 30 years ago when my kids could help raise the poles.
You said your parents live not too far from Cabela's in Kansas, is that the Cabela's out by the Racetrack/Speedway and Nebraska Furniture Mart? I at times do pest control out that way
Hey Brian I just want to give you a heads up. I have the notification bell for your videos but you tube doesn't notify me sometimes for two to three days after your videos. Sometimes I don't think they notify me at all Best wishes to you and meadow on the winter camping adventures
Sup Brian, that camping spot looks awesome (by the looks I 'd guess near Flagstaff area) - my question to you it normal not to see snow at that elevation this time of year? Hopefully we are not going to have a drought. Stay safe brother - keep up the great vids!
Hi Laura, mine seems to be doing pretty good. I applied a solarproofing when I first got the Big Horn back in 2015 and that seems to have helped. I'm in the process of applying another coating so I hope to get a few more full winters. So far I've been lucky to get 7 full winters out of the Big Horn. Really love the look of these tents!

i like that idea! tent is the living room/ kitchen, truck camper is the bedroom!

What beautiful dog. ❤❤
Nice video Brian.
Rip Sierra ❤
Love this tent thanks for bring her back 😊
I put 16X3.25 inch motorcycle tires on my bike. Fits a 20 inch bicycle rim. Heavier but more thorn resistant.
Love that bike foldable perfect ❤

Hey Bryan, lots of good info across the board. Thanks for bringing me along. Merry Christmas!!!
It is cool how your buddy watches what you are doing with attentive curiosity..
You could easily rig that diesel heater into the tent for some good sleep too. Happy holidays to you both, may they be warm and cozy 💛✨
I'm sure she's running through a fresh snow as we speak.
Sierra going full zoomies.
I sure hope so, sure have been missing her more than usual this trip.
Meadow looks like she's in her element! Merry Christmas!

I like the tent wish I could find one like that one
What happened to the canvas tent? Do you have a video for why you switched back to the big horn?

I finally gave up on E-Bikes after 3 of them, and nobody or shops to fix them when they die . I got me a Honda CT-70 clone. It should last.
Smart move

What do u think bout the pellet wood heater
How is the Big Horn holding up under the UV? I’ve had two Alaknaks, and they get very fragile after two full winters.

Workless enjoy life more reconnected me with your channel.
I'm surprised burning juniper doesn't bother you! Juniper is awful on my lungs ☠️
Why do you move into a tent in the winter? You have a trailer with wood burning stove.
The diameter is 20 inches, not circumfrance.
