M/A Fire Alarm | POV Fire Response

We were re toned for automatic aid for district 5 on a fire alarm. I responded to the scene. Once on scene it was determined to be a false alarm.

how come you go so slow, you took 10 minutes to get there isnt that quite long considering how fast fire spreads?

He's the chief, he's not going there to put out the fire, he's going to be a source of leadership i.e. command and control the situation. The other firefighters in trucks were likely there for quite some time before he was, so the fire was already being worked on.
