Great video. Nice seeing the techniques you work on and hearing from Ato what you're changing. Overall, it's interesting to see how you train with two different programs.
Did you coordinate with your full time coach on what aspects you work on with Ato?

What exactly does the start drill at 4:00 teach ? Is it teaching you to stay low?

It's teaching you to stay low out of the blocks.

Hi Natasha. Enjoyed sharing your training videos with my 7-yr old daughter (you can view her on RUclips - Jhalia "Lady J" Peoples). She is an aspiring Olympic sprinter (Olympics 2028) and you are a role model and inspiration to her (her mom is from Kingston, Jamaica). Would love for you to offer suggestions and/or recommendations on her running technique and abilities. Thanks.
