Don’t worry about what people want you to say/do; I think you’re good with connecting and saying what’s on your heart. You’re in a great position where you can translate some behind the scenes things for the folks who haven’t run USATF or professionally. I have since seen this entire “Sprint” series, and it’s great how they kinda set up the show to do a sequel for whomever eventually wins. They showed inspirational stores and behind the scenes things, but they showed it for competitors, and we all know only one of they will win. I hope they pick up the series again Paris!

So the Olympics is right upon us. You are discussing the 100-meters and you made no reference to this Olympics , even though you named 3 of the athletes who are in this Olympics. You did that on purpose so you would not have to talk about Jamaica like you avoided for decades. What I would like to see is what you want to do tbh. You'll only be happy doing that. I do think you would be good at reflection on your own races from the psychological point of view Reviewing performances like your doing now and talking track Talk about psy topics like: "choking", "visualisation", Coming back from serious injury "in play/game/race" management, mental imagery, importance of planning. NCAA Student-Athlete - how to cope (do it in a series don't give it away all in one go) this can be living away from family, race management, discipline, the academics, post-colleigate challenges/ picking a school etc. Cohesive team dynamics when you don't like certain team members or how to create it. This is not for me, it's just that I think (without really knowing you which is weird) you'll be good at explaining these things and I think people want this stuff. If you can attach it to sporting events, currently events that may help the traction of you videos but what do I know. Only thing I would add, if possible, have a nice background but content is king over aesthetics. but just try and be consistent as you can be in a busy life as working mother/professional/family/friend/daughter etc Life can be life-ing at times so just be kind to yourself. Sorry, I don't care for spelling and grammar today lol.
