- I spent some time down in sunny Florida to get some work in with my consultant, Ato Boldon. Check out how we switch things up, and get very specific as the outdoor season is here! Working on minimizing ground time and speed distribution.

Ato you are a really good coach.. wow!
Diva your right about the word "injury".I died at boo boo 🤣😂
What is louder? When you stay on the ground too long?
True indeed. When everything counts these tips are paramount.
I don't understand how you manage to do all of these videos and be so active on social media while in season. Amazing
+packmanstart it's hard work. I've recently hired a personal assistant, but unfortunately I'm a micro manager. So, I'm having to learn how to trust my team.
Natasha Hastings 400M Diva I think there's a great potential in your channel, as there are very few RUclips channels made my track pros. good luck!
I really like this vlog style😊, I love how we get to see some of the reasons behind why you do certain workouts and how injuries happen so you adjust to them. Keep up the amazing work.👍
GREAT information. Loved it.
Natasha Great workout! What is a workout with challenges. Determination is the key to success. Key up the super work Natasha darling!
this is a outstanding video. miss Hastings I see why you win. and your coach is a master mind when I comes to track & field. thanks for the video.
Here coach is Ato Boldin:
Ato Boldin:Trinidadian born, 2x Olympic Bronze Medalist in 200m, Olymic Bronze Medalist 100m, Olympic Silver Medalist 100m, 4x World Championship Medalist, tied for 17th fastest time in the mens 100m, with 9.86. Now elite track athlete coach and track and field commentator.
Great video. Although I don't run or coach, I really like the information that was shared. This should be good one for all the young runners asking you about your training.
Nice video. Learned new information to share with my team
It's all about the nuance. Knowing when to put a fork in it.
Good adjustment on the sled coach I now see sumbdy knows track beside myself
his voice sounds really familiar. Is a commentator for the Olympics or Olympics trials or something?
it is Ato Bolden one of the best 100m sprinters ever.

Favorite people all round
This music is slamming! Who is it?
I knew about how you should end the same as your beginning. My question is what about muscle fatigue? because when I have to do intervals my coach says he hopes I'll become better the more reps I do. But although I am focussing on everything: upper body, tighten the core, use my upper body propulsion, high knees etcetera... I still tend to have slower times and a drop in technique..
long Story short: is muscle fatigue a factor or is it literally as you say: be better at the end?
Atomic Bolden = john smith disciple! met john @ Penns, saw you compete there Natasha, awesome video n I see ya edit skills on #fleck
WoW!! Thanks so much for this workout video. I HOPE you continue to upload this stuff. Unlike... Wallace spearmon.
