Extra tips for Indonesians visiting Thailand, you can pay with Indonesian bank apps with QRIS, its connected to Thai QR Payment. You can use it everywhere like street food, restaurants, stores, and even BTS. Just scan and pay as usual, and it has exact exchange rate as Google or XE. Side note, some QR the street food printed on their stall doesn't work due to what I assume its old generated QR.

Had our dinner here last December 15 2022! This is by far the best food court in Bangkok, and I can attest to that. I recommend trying out Pad Thai in Pad Thai Fai Ta Lu, probably the best Pad Thai we've ever tasted after Thipsamai!

Yes I have been to Terminal 21 and find the food range there very vast & competitive but the Cube Mall looks extremely beautiful and inviting. It also looks very clean and well spaced out. Hi Chon, I finally thought of a question for you 555. My favorite breakfast in Thailand is a Thai omelet with minced pork (gai jeow moo sup) with rice (khao suay) and thai chili peppers in fish sauce (prik nam pla). I always have hard time finding a street food vendor or restaurant that has this for breakfast. Ideally near tourist locations along Sukhumvit road, Siam, or CBD around Silom. Anywhere really. If you happen to know some spots, I'd appreciate it
For Silom CBD, I recommend you going to Soi lalaisup ( ซอยละลายพรัทย์) beside Bangkok bank headquarter. It has several local food stores there but if you want to find local food court to sit, go opposite Soi lalasup. You can check in K.Chon' clip -> ruclips.net/video/rb3rO-G2iDA/видео.html
Can I ask what’s the best way to call back home when I’m in Thailand? I’m leaving my 90 year old Dad and I want to call him every 3-4 days. I’m going to be in Bangkok and Ko Chang for a month. I will be calling Dads mobile and it doesn’t have internet enabled. Thanks you for your help 🙏
It’s very clean and very nice, but the soup are not cooked by a grandma or grandpa who has made the soup to perfection over several decades like a Wattana Panich. The people who serves you are teenagers or just a worker who probably have not even tasted the food that they are serving.
By the way, we actually went to Wattana Panich and the noodles were awful and bland. Our cousins took us to another noodle place called Thong Lo Pochana on Thong Lo Road at Soi 18 and the noodles were spectacular and so so delicious.
