Great find. My guess is a kid wrecked or laid it down when it was good and hot. Oil got past the rings or a open valve and it got hydro locked. Would of been interesting to see if the engine would of turned over the other direction before you pulled the plug. Nice work.
In watching your videos, it seems the greatest joy for you is figuring out the problem. You just don't seem to give up. Great find and fix on that mini bike.

I buy and sell minibikes as a hobby and about a week ago I bought that same style bike for $100 and the guy told me the engine was blown and it was just hydro locked like your was. I figured that it laid on its side long enough for the cylinder to fill up with oil. I got all the oil out, cleaned the carb and it ran like new. That's the 4th time I've bought a minibike that someone told me the engine was blown when it wasn't

I drain 5he oil, my question is
Do I have to clean the carburetor? And I need to pull the pulley till it quits shooting oil from the spark plug hole?
@@MrFher69 you may not have to clean the carburetor if it didn't set like that for a long time but make sure you refill the engine with oil before you start pulling on the pull start. And yes you'll want to get as much oil out through the sparkplug hole by pulling on the cord. It will help if you can lay the bike on its side and pull it a couple times or put the front wheel up on a crate and pull it. When you start it up after getting the oil out it will probably smoke for a few minutes but that's just the rest of the oil burning off and it won't hurt it
Mine falls over all the time. The kickstand is kinda lame. I use it to put around the hiking trails and trim branches and stuff and I always hear it tipping over hahahaha

I just brought one the other day for 50.00$ ,was missing chain guard seat,,found the parts on line ,the gas tank was nasty cleaned it out now me and son take turns terrain the neighborhood,we got ours to 30 mph and it's a fun bike

I got off lucky with my cooling fan problem. All I had to do was change the fuse relay. Lot less expensive and whole hell of a lot easier.
I later did a lot of head work added a performance cam and a cvt. It does 60 mph on pavement. I later made a springer seat for it. Much more comfortable.

I was riding my mini bike yesterday it’s a 212cc pz27 carb ,manifold with stage two pipe. Govener is still on. But when I was riding yesterday the bike just cut off when I was gunning it. I don’t know if it’s blew or what but the pully is locked. I’m going to try out the method you just showed but what else can it be

Zip tie the governor spring closed ad back out the throttle stop screw and you will be amazed.

We even sent them the title to the bike with the release of liability to the DMV signing the title over to the tractor supply and nobody ever did anything with it now we’re liable I think I’m gonna have to take DMV and tractor supply to the fucking court now I see what they do with those bikes thank you for this video sir

didnt all the oil seep into your air box while it was on its side? they are 450 on marketplace
with little to no use.
I got the same bike with many of the same problems. It was hydro locked. I took the head off and the intake valve was open and rusted. It was returned for no power. The head bolts were never torqued.

Some people go register those bikes we did ours and it never started so we took it back they never went and filed after we released liability and sold the bike back to them because we had already registered the bike with a license plate a little thing that goes on your fenderand tractor supply never ever ever did anything with the bike down at DMV like they were supposed to I get stuff in the mail to re-register that bike because they didn’t do their part I released liability I already did my part now I see what happens to them
What's the spray you use to clean it up with because my tires on mine are pretty dirty and it looks like it cleaned it right up so what was that spray you used please
That fuel appears to be classic ethanol crap. And I don't believe the engine was ever seized. The issue was in the recoil.

Im pissed, i bought mine literally yesterday for $931 brand new with a 2 year warranty and i locked the engine up today doing absolutely nothing but trying to take off, this is after i had to adjust my throttle cable because the bike would take off by itself and my pull string got stuck out and i had to recoil the spring, i am taking it back today
Some people probably sunk it somewhere and then tried to return it

I always pull the recoil first. Classic false impression of a locked up engine. Sometime a simply light rap with a hammer tells all.
