My favorite was Raquelle from "A Fairy Secret" and "A Fashion Fairytale" universe. She´s so pretty and smart. And I love how her and Barbie finish as best friends 🙂

Same!! Although Fairy Secret feels like the begging of the downgrade to me, I wish Mattel would only have allowed Mainframe to do the Barbie movies! The Barbie Diaries was made by Curious Pictures while Fashion Fairytale and Fairy Secret were made by Mainframe Studios, and Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse was made by ARC Productions. Each studio shows a different version of Barbie and her friends. These are not the same version of Raquelle and they are not related

Honestly Raquelle isn't evil, she's just jealous and insecure of her self, leading to her wanting more care, love and attention from barbie's friends. In conclusion, Yes Raquelle is a very good character thats easily remebered or noticeable, she is definitely good friends with barbie, it's just that she wants competition to not be bored sometimes and who doesn't love a diva, plus her fashion choices can be very good
I hate how the barbie series show that being beautiful is being "blonde" One of the only shows where Raquel was popular beautiful and had friends was the one where she was blonde which is really a bad example for little kids. Also when Raquel goes to the parallel universe where she is "perfect" and barbie is not, Barbie isn't a blonde, referring to her being "ugly" Its an Awful statement!

Huh??? I thought this video go further than that and explain is about their confidence. Raquelle in The Barbie Diaries is already confident so she is popular. All the other versions of Raquelle is overshadowed by Barbie confident making them more shy and insecure. And in the parallel universe, Barbie is not seen as ugly but much more shy and insecure so she look up to Raquelle. How the hell any of that come down to just Barbie being blonde --> bad example????
she was redhead not blonde. most of barbies equally beautiful friends are not blonde. Teresa is Latina, Nikki is black, Midge is an Irish redhead, Summer is a redhead, Renee is Japanese, Daisy is pink haired

Raquelle is my favourite, she's so iconic, and she's not pixel perfect and unrealistic like Barbie, she has flaws and she's also relatable, Barbie is my worst cause shes not realistic at all, she's perfect, like squeaky clean, and she doesn't have any imperfections or insecurities, and thats not at all in girls, we have our own imperfections and flaws which make us real, but Barbie's not, that'd why I hate Barbie and love Raquelle

Even though I love Raquel in fairy secret and the barbie diary, Life in the Dreamhouse Raquel will always be iconic
I LOVE RAQUELLE !! I wish there would be some movies or shows mostly about Rachelle and see part of her life story. I liked how Rachelle's look has changed and beautiful just the way she is. 🥰😇

No they didn't. She 's not canonically Asian it's a headcanon that people just decided to believe because they thought black hair brown eyes means Asian. Her surname is not Kim that's a fan name, she doesn't canonically have a surname and is canonically white. Even look at Fairy Secret and many dolls, she has giant blue eyes.

I think Barbie isn't perfect but a mary sue. She is like this character that you just wanna love because of what she does: Being a princess blah blah blah. She does have flaws but somehow she gets away with it, like The Pink Shoes.

I told everyone that raquelle was only mean to Barbie for attention and because she wanted to be her friend . Especially in the Barbie life in the dreamhouse , raquelle always came over her house like always . When she wasn’t scheming she still hang out with Barbie and her friends because they’re the coolest, sweetest and perfect and plus she’s lonely. And Barbie knew that’s why she never complained and let raquelle join her as a friend and it benefit her as well cuz raquelle is the most unique one, she’s hilarious and doesn’t kiss up to Barbie like the others do all the time. I think Barbie digs that
