INGREDIENTS (for dough)
800g. ---------- AP Flour
60g. ------------ granulated white sugar
5g.(2/3 tsp.) -------------- fine salt
7g.(1 1/2 tsp.) ----------- baking powder
250g. ---------- unsalted butter (room temp.)
200ml. -------- milk (room temp.)
2 medium ( 106g w/o shell) ------- egg
Note:
- I make 24 pcs of medium Empanadas for this amount of dough.
- The size of Empanadas you make is up to your liking.
