    As I committed in my previous comment I tried the Titanic drill. After many times trying it I cannot do it for a full lenght of the pool without sinking. I guess it proves that my kicking while on my back need a lot of improvement. I have not thrown the towel yet. I will keep practicing it. Thank you for such an interesting drill. I am a natural sinker so the titanic drill is a perfect fit for me as I can sink in no time. :-) :-) :-)

    i think its so weird that there are so many swimming events for each distance and its not just one race at 100m and one race at 200m etc to see who can swim the fastest. like can you imagine if there were 4 separate running races at each distance for different styles of running...there could be one where you went backwards and one where you had to wave your arms around like a crazy person and one where you did it on all fours I mean it would probably be hilarious to watch but kindve silly 😂😂

      You’re only going for short point to point or so many seconds. At first just blow hard out the nose while doing the drill, as you get stronger your face will be at surface so shouldn’t be an issue

    I had shoulder surgery and cant use arms while swimming.
    The way she was swimming without using hands, can someone please tell me what its called?

    • @Snailryder
      @Snailryder 9 месяцев назад

      You can swim without using your arms as long as you master how to float so you don't feel awkward...it's a slower pace because you don't have your arms to power you along, and you have to really hone your kicking technique
