    板豆腐 200g、食油 1湯匙+½湯匙、生抽 1½湯匙、老抽 1湯匙、
    辣椒醬 ½湯匙、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、芝麻油 1茶匙、

    Cooked Rice 200g, Water 300g+80g, Salt 1tsp,
    Corn Starch 100g, Plain Flour 80g

    Rice Cake 620g, Bean Sprouts 200g, Preserved Radish 80g,
    Carrot 100g, Firm Tofu 200g, Cooking Oil 1tbsp+½tbsp, Soy Sauce 1½tbsp, Dark Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Chilli Sauce ½tbsp,
    White Pepper ¼tsp, Sesame Oil 1tsp
