    炒粿角是马来西亚槟城路边著名的小吃之一。材料做法,非常简单,就是需要剩饭,粘米粉和玉米粉,盐和水!​做好了的粿角,冷却后可以馬上配合喜欢的材料一起炒, 吃不完的粿角,也可以把它放入盒子,收在冰箱,隔天再炒。
    分量:4人份
    粿角的做法:
    材料:
    200克 剩飯
    300毫升 清水
    **倒入blender裏打成順滑的米漿
    100克 粘米粉
    80克 玉米粉
    1茶匙鹽
    140毫升~160毫升清水(清水可隨自己喜歡的軟硬度調整,越多水,做出来的粿角越軟,我放了150毫升清水)
    **把這些粉類、鹽和水和米漿裏拌均勻至無顆粒
    做法:
    1.蒸盤搽上少許油,將米漿倒入
    2.冷水下鍋,中火蒸30分鐘,待涼後才切塊。
    炒粿角
    材料:
    鹹菜脯 適量
    蒜米碎 適量
    蛋 適量
    豆芽 適量
    菲菜 適量
    調味料(2湯匙醬青,1湯匙黑醬油,混合均勻,備用)
    辣椒糊(10條大辣椒,5條辣椒幹,加100毫升清水打成辣椒糊,用不完,可以收冰箱)
    做法:
    1) 燒熱鍋,倒入2tbsp食油,把粿角和調味料炒香,盛起備用。
    2) 鍋裏留著少許油,留著1盤分量的粿角,把菜脯及蒜米炒香,加入辣椒糊把粿角翻炒。
    3) 把粿角推一邊,把蛋打入,攪散,再把粿角炒勻
    4) 把豆芽及菲菜加入,兜炒即完成。

    Char Koay Kak(Rice cake) is one of the famous roadside food in Penang. The Ingredients of making Koay Kak(Rice cake)is very simple, just need leftover rice, rice flour and corn flour, salt and water ! Koay Kak can be fried with your favorite ingredients immediately after cooling. You can also keep in food container, store it in the refrigerator, and fry the next day if you can't finish it.
    Turn the leftover rice into Char Koay Kak (Fried Rice Cake)
    Serving Size: 4 person
    Ingredients:
    200g leftovers rice
    300ml water
    **Pour into blender and make a smooth rice milk
    100g rice flour
    80g corn flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    140ml~160ml water ( water can be adjusted according to the softness and hardness you like. The more water, the softer the Koay Kak will be. I put 150ml of water)
    **Mix these flour, salt, water and rice milk evenly until there are no particles
    Practice:
    1. Put a little oil on the steaming pan, pour the rice milk into it
    2. In a pot under cold water, steam on medium heat for 30 minutes, and then cut into cubes after cooling.
    Char Koay Kak (Fried Rice Cake)
    Ingredients:
    Salty Chai Poh
    Minced garlic
    Egg
    Bean sprouts
    Chives
    Seasoning (1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce,2 tablespoons of soy sauce mix well, set aside)
    Chili paste (10 large chilies, 5 dried chilies, add 100 ml of water and blend it until smooth, you can store it in the refrigerator if you don't use it up)

Pada kini di Batu Mau Pasar di kedai kopi rm 5 00 Char kueh kak ini, sebiji telur ayam pun tak ada..dari rm 2 50 vs rm 5.00 ,haya tauger dan kuchai dan sedikit cabai.. Patut guna recipi..     这是我最爱吃的炒粿角,以前打包是用荷叶包裹的,都特地打包放隔天才吃更好吃因有荷叶的香味。在新加坡我都误把炒萝卜糕就是炒粿角,今天才知道是不一样的美食,谢谢你的视频,看到你炒都嗅到香味。

    DaJie.. can i make this rice cake without the rice? A bit inconvenient when i suddenly want to make this but i dun have leftover rice in the fridge.. I heard from a friend those koay kak stalls dun use rice, they only use the rice flour and corn/tapioca flour. I try a few recipes from RUclips but texture is too soft especially when is just finish steaming.. Do u have any idea what's wrong?

      冷藏可以收一周左右,冷冻可以收3个月。冰箱拿出来后,解冻一下,再蒸10分钟,才来炒比较软q。

    By the way, how do i keep this extra rice cake? I double your recipe, haha! How many days if i keep it in the fridge? If i want to keep longer, i have to cut it and put in container then go in the freezer? How long can we freeze it- a month? After taking out from freezer, we need to thaw it before cutting it and then fry it? Pls advice.. thank u 大姐! ❤

      yes, you can keep it freezer about 1 month, after take out,let it soften
      at room temperature before fry.
