I love how the mayor stands there like he's just so upset while he's going to leave this press conference with his armed security guards and his SUV and he's going to go back to his little bubble and be nice and safe and his family will be nice and safe while the rest of Illinois is more and more vulnerable as they strip their gun rights away more and more every day maybe if they had some gun rights in that state the attacker would have been shot and killed before he had the chance to kill anybody! Instead we see police chiefs crucifying their officers when they are charged “innocent until proven guilty” with crimes. Police have due process rights as part of their contracts, yet “these” police chiefs fire officers without allowing their due process rights to be honored. Then they get sued for not following procedures. All for the camera.
