I've been loving your channel! It's really interesting to see a trained chef's takes on different cookbooks and recipes. Just wanted to give you a heads up though that in the past few videos (including this one) your sound mixing seems kind of off. The voice track is super quiet and I have to turn my volume all the way up to hear it. The rest of the sounds seem much louder by comparison. Keep up the great work though and I look forward to more of these!

@@jonathaneasey8992 thanks for the support. I’ve been noticing that as well and I’ve played with the audio mixing in Davinci Resolve and sounds good when I play it back then when I go to upload the voice over goes back to being quiet. Something I’m currently looking into a lot. Appreciate the feedback

Quick question for you. How were you watching the video? I noticed that watching through my laptop, MacBook, phone the audio sounds fine. However, watch through the PS5 the audio is exactly how you described.

@@Cookbook-chronicles Strange! For me the voice over is super quiet on both my laptop and iPad. I think your most recent video that sounds normal to me is the gruyere gougeres video. Hope that's helpful!
