Great review. I've had mine for 3 months. This is my first Merc, I've always had 6 Cylinder German cars (BMW, Audi, Porsche). I really don't notice it's 4 Cylinder. I don't have any rattles in the cabin, but the transmission does get smoother when it's warmed up. Overall I'm happy with it.
I mean you and everyone else could buy one right now but nobody felt propelled to do so. I doubt anybody argued for the 2.0l but the sales statistics just tells us the truth now. I’m still convinced all the registered 2024 C63s are press cars, rentals or some guys with to much money that didn’t get the memo
They should have really given it the I6 with about 390/410 for the C43 and just make a 600hp I6 (if the can get 470hp from a i4 they can get 600 from an i6) and not need all the hybrid bs. And they can put it in every car C63 E63 S63 GLE GLS…. It doesn’t matter if it gets the same mpg as the V8 since this i4 gets the same as the old V6 C43 all its for is crazy EU emissions standards which a 600hp i6 can pass
It's a nice looking car, but the previous model W205 is one of my overall favorite modern Mercedes designs with those beautiful rear lights. And with the AMG versions you got a 6cyl (C43) or even V8 (C63) engine. Interior quality however is not on pair with E-class, this W206 is probably better (even though this one had issues with rattles).
It's a beautiful car with simple and purposeful lines. Would love to see a review of the 2017 Mercedes CLS, it's got a similar feel but with the sloping roof.😁
What most people do not realize is that the 2 Liter engine has LESS IMPORT TAX, which is based on the number of cylinders. That is why Mercedes used the four!
Reviews have commented on the insipid turbo lag, especially in stop-and-go traffic making for a very jerky experience. Did you experience any of that? Also, I read where even comfort setting, the suspension is about as comfortable as a rock.... Is there any comfort to be had in this model??
Lol Mercedes cars are known for creaky plastic interiors. I rented the previous gen c class and it was nice to look at, the whole center console was so creaky.

Trade it for a bmw
@Jwdude123 I'm good, thanks. Love the car.
I’m glad you’re getting reviews for cars. Congratulations
Gorgeous design, completely agree with your take
The interior design and ambient lightning looks damn gooooood
Very nice, the design is perfect, great review.
The 2l transition wasn't wise in my opinion, I am saying this as a Merc fan boy.

@@Alex-fm2pn True, I heard that they'll revert to the V8 on some of the cars. There was no way this would pass, it was a bit too soon.

I think with this and no v8 in the c63 this might even be the better option
Mercedes needs to win a design award for the best designed steering wheel
yes, this is clean
M340i is a better buy, imo.
For sure plus its way to reliable plus tune potential

Did they figure it out where that rattling comes from
Beautiful car, but I’m not spending that kind of money on a 4 cylinder AMG, NO WAY!
I love my 2024 c63s
2 liter four banger, that's disappointing.. at least give it a straight six
Yes
The design is good, the drivetrain is not good.
So I would buy a C 200 and be happy.

Traded mine for a BMW
2.0 liter vacuum cleaner 😂
faz muito mais sentido do que a c63
MB with a Civic-spirit :)
M340i better overall
72 thousand. No way.
Its way too bubbely, its design 🤔
M340i all the way
I agree. Has a better engine. One down side for me though, BMW looks dogshit. Other than that it’s a great car.
These are nice, doesn’t seem that special for a AMG. Plus is has fake engine sounds and that kills it for me.
good price only 72k$ for the 2024 year, Because in Israel we will get some 2017-8 and not even AMG from the factory..with the same price.
420 hp and 500
Nm torque .. that’s the worst spec 43 iv ever Seen lol
The rear end is so bad. The taillights resemble nothing a Mercedes should be. Looks like a cheap honda
Agreed. The rear end always bothered me
Disagreed
Your remarks on style changes suck, maybe just stick to showing the car.
interior rattles? thats it... nope...
The back end is ugly
BMW doesn’t have the squeaks and creaks.
Mercedes are so dull and old man looking these days with trash engines
No. It's just not. And I own a Merc
No, its boring af to drive
Even with a controversial 2L no one ever complain about that with this car
@@SM-1010I own one it’s a hoot
@@timothykresko1984awful opinion, car is very fun to drive, doesn’t get old
I love my c43, will gap 95% of traffic
