I agree with you Attention to details and appreciation of it is one of the things that makes me addicted to your videos Golden era for cars Audi did a fantastic job all these years I wished I was matured enough spot them when these cars where unveiled
Cars felt unique and distinctive in this era of cars (especially Audi); I had an A7 from this era and loved the style inside and out. Today, visiting an Audi dealership (we have a ‘23 q7) is largely boring and once you’ve seen the inside of one, you’ve seen them all. Would love to see the Volkswagen group take some risks again: perhaps the van will trigger some changes.
I own 2 lexuses and hey are super reliable but if comes to Audi rs7 I love every aspect of it. Probably that’s the only Audi I will get when my car will kick the bucket eventually but probably I still need to wait for good couple more years😅. I love the previous gen rs7 interior with analog cluster it gives this car soul.
I live in Japan and have the plain old 2012 A7. Personally I like 2021 RS5 very much but when it comes to A7, I prefer the pre 2018 facelift. And yes BMW at this time like the 6 series was beautifully and organic (human hand drawn design)
An interior design only Bentley or Rolls does these days, timeless, elegant yet sporty. This designer also made one element, the deployable air-deflector. Nothing looks more tacky than BMW's (and many others') glued on and basically useless stripes!
I may not be a car designer, but I can say with utmost confidence that car design, especially when it comes to the interiors, that it's heading in the wrong direction. Just think about it, people are paying six figures for today's luxury cars and the automakers are basically taking the cheap way out by integrating nearly every single function into infotainment screens and having as few buttons as possible for the sake of minimalism. If I'm paying six figures for a car, I want to be able to press/touch something tactile for functions I use more often than others. I'm okay with having certain functions in infotainment screens, but to have almost all of them on a screen is just stupid. German car interiors just look either sterile (BMW and soon-to-be Audi) or are an obnoxious nightclub (Mercedes Benz) nowadays that it's really sad to see. BMW especially, that god-awful 2025 X3 interior is probably the worst interior I've seen to come out of Bavaria.

Timeless design, I’ve had five Audi’s in my lifetime. Never a flaw, very reliable, quality is top notch! My son even has one.. I play CDs still too
Totally agree with you about interiors. This one is a beauty, and functional.

You will be waiting a while. Lexus last forever and then some. 😊 excellent choice of car
@ yes I agree with you it’s gonna be a while when my car finally give up it’s gonna be probably when I’ll be retired 🤣🤣
I hate how bulbous they're making the new 7s, this is their peak design imo especially the tail light design 🔥

Minimalistic = more profit . Japan & china make more nicer interieurs these days
Wrong direction
💯
Don't mean to be a prick, but you kinda ruined the sketchmonkey channel. Shouldve done the car reviews on the bembli channel.
Wait until you have turbo problems and very expensive electrical and transmission problems then I’m gonna ask you how you feel about Audi 😂
In European built we dont have that problems !!
The mechanic will love you too 😂 audis audis are shit when it comes to reliability.
Looks dated. New one looks a lot better.
