I just picked up a used 2019 S5 Sportback (Technik) in Glacier white. I wasn’t a fan of the colour but it’s now grown on me. The chrome accents are toned down with the colour. Splendid car. I happened to park beside an S7 in the precise same colour. I like the S5 proportions better. Tighter looking.
Beautiful car, love the white color!! Looks like a great car for the windy canyon roads, the fit being so light you can really whip it around corners. @3:30 🤣

We're not into wagons that much here in South Africa so the RS7 should be a no-brainer but even so, I'm seeing a lot more RS6s on the roads than 7s. Specifically with the C8 gen

I know that we got more of driver window cam footage due to the inside camera issue, but I'm kinda feeling that angle. Wouldn't mind seeing it more often

Hey I drive a 2012 Honda Fit Sport, and as my commuter car, and it's fun corner carving, slalom through highway traffic car while keeping your speed(relatively) legal. Plus the fact with 3 kids, and a mortgage, I can't afford a dedicated weekend sports car😞
The hustling Honda Fit reminds me...I recently did a motorcycle trip to North Carolina, including doing a couple runs on the Tail of the Dragon. I'm not fast, but reasonably quick on my sporty standard/roadster BMW. I only needed to pull over once for faster traffic to pass me. It was three cars: a Corvette, another car, and a Honda Fit. I'm guessing the Fit was tuned, as it was lowered a bit and had nice aftermarket wheels with wider tires. Still, being passed by a Honda Fit on the Dragon was a little disheartening. :-/
How does the RS7 compare the the M550i? On paper they're very similar, but the M550i is significantly less money... which is why I bought (leased) one.
I own a polar white Mercedes but i often wonder what the names will become after the glaciers and polar bears are gone “ arctic brown, glacier grey, Greenland black, Iceland red…any ideas ?
The E-Tron RS GT is definitely much quicker than the RS7 in a straight line, and might be more fun to drive because of the responsive drivetrain, but it's biggest downside is probably the lack of rear-seat room compared to the RS7. Real world range is (similar to the Taycan) much higher than the EPA figures suggest, and it's high enough to not induce range anxiety unlike the E-Tron SUV.
Not a canyon car? So a canyon car has to be one that fishtails everywhere because it’s “drama?” It’s more impressive to have a car built that’s able to stick to the rode at insanely high speeds and Audi is the pinnacle of that.
