8:80 you know you could use a TRS adapter to plug the cheap mic into the preamplifier right? Because the audio sound like you just plugged it into the mic jack on your computer.

Just want to ask some question, this is not a USB type of conderser mic since it has 3.5mm jack,right? and you also mentioned that conderser mic requires phantom power, so you must use your soundcard scarlet 2i2 for this mic to work or else it won't. am i correct ?Thanks.

You should consider reviewing a Mackie EM-91CU and comparing it to your AT.
I've seen quite the few reviews of that and they're pretty positive, I'm wondering if which is better since they're pretty similar in price (at Shoppee at least, I'm not sure if there's a local seller or retailer that would sell that for much cheaper.)

When you try to review condenser mics, try to use the same pre amp/audio interface on them. :)
Because what you did according to this video is plug the mic directly on your computer using an XLR to 3.5mm jack.
This set up won't power the condenser mic that you got from Lazada and will sound really terrible.
If you'll try to plug that scarlet condenser directly on your computer, I think you'll hear the same terrible loud hissing sound too..
Try to plug the Lazada mic on your scarlet sound interface too and there, you can judge the mic :)))
Good point. I just wanted to run in this video what comes out of the box. This condenser mic together with the audio interface will be for another video. Thanks for the comment.

Yes. You can use it with different DAWs. I use Ableton Live for my Music recording stuff. No issues at all. Should work with others (Logic Pro, Audition, FL, Audactiy, etc...) as well.

@@Kris_Belo ung focusrite is not a DAW like FL. So di mo talaga yan directly macocompare. More on driver lang ung sa Focusrite. Not a DAW.
One more thing bro, what camera are you using and how much is it?
My main cam is a Sony 6400 with a 16mm f1.4 sigma lens. Connected to my PC via El Gato's Camlink 4K. I have another camera I used for my overhead shot. It is a Sony ZV-1 comnected to my PC via another capture card. If you want more details on yhe gears that I use, I put them in the description of my RUclips videos.
Maybe the other viewers wants the detail of that mic condenser with an audio interface to hear what it can do in a level of gain as your scarlett has. Not gaining it with a third party software. With the weight of it maybe it has good diaphragm that can support an 48v power. Try to open the mic to see it. Keep it up this just my opinion base on my experience. Soundcard really does not help supporting the real power of the mic. 😉
Sure you can use that mic using the audio interface. Ofcourse that will give you a very low volume cause that mic needs 48v Phantom power, you should've connected that mic to your Scarlet 2i2 and hear the difference with the 2 mics
Hello poooo mas prefer niyo po ba yung at dynamic microphone compare sa bm800 mic? if gamitin po siya for live stream musicians, thumbs up po baaaa? May hiss po baa yung tunog if dynamic mic? Huhu
Siguro if live streaming ng music, masmaganda yung dynamic mics. Mas onti yung noise pick-up. So mas-isolated yung voice mo. When it comes to hiss, depende yan sa quality ng mic. My experience with BM800, hissy sya. Now you can use a virtual mixer like Voicemeeter to improve your BM800 sound. May video ko on how to setup BM800 eith Voicemeeter. Yung tutorial part for Voicemeeter part in thay video works for other mics too, btw.

@@KZLegaspi I am using an AudioTechnica AT2005USB Dynamic Mic. That's my other go to mic if I am not using my Focusrite Condenser Mic. You can probably see me using the AT2005USB in my other vids.

Boss, di nabibili yung mic lang eh. Para mabili mo yung, ung scarlett studio yung dapat bilin. Mga arkung 16K-18K yung ganun. Yung audio interface pwede mo din mabili on its own. Mga around 8K.

what is the name of your mic sir?
The mic that I am using here is the Focusrite scarlett condenser mic. The one I am testing js a geneeic budget condenser mic that I bought online
