Certainly has a lot of clarity, but it sounds a bit overly bright to me, and doesn't really have that deep Martin bass. I might put in some ebony bridge pins to add some bass.
Looks like a a Clarence White/Tony Rice inspired guitar with an affordable price. I like it. I would add a few mods to it. like a Zero Glide nut and a plate mate and ebony bridge pins and DR. RPM 12 RARE strings and a Lakota Leathers strap. I want one.
Yes it is pretty hard to play, the neck is thick and the fret board spaced out. Makes for more accurate playing but my hands hurt more playing this than my Yamaha
@@palisicky that's the one I have and I feel like though it sounds great I have to twist my hand more on some chords it's got a fatter neck for sure. But rewarding guitar
@@macuse2008 i have huge hands hahaha maybe thats why haha my hummingbird my fingers are to big for the string spacing im still 275 lbs of muscle hahahah so maybe its just me but for that price range its amazing but the neck is bit bigger thats for sure thanks dude
After 2 years every time I pick up this guitar I have hard time like it. I cant make a bond with this guitar . I do not like the sound either I do not like the feel I just hate it and it seems I am among few people :(
Small differences. Slightly upgraded sound system in D10e with added in soundhole tuner. D10e comes with a nice gig bag while the older model had a case.

Yep, I bought one but am returning it. It sounds like a bright Taylor to me
@@kevinjboconnor are you allowed to return it after playing it ?
@@Guitar387 Yes, I was able to return it
Nice , and great playing! Excellent 😊👍
Martin does it "right" :-)

Hi , What strings do you use on the MartinD-10E ?
Martin AA PBs
Is the martin d10e worth the 700$ more than Epiphone Hummingbird pro and is the martin hard to play because of scale and medium strings ?

This one is better than DRSG?
Only slightly imo
Maury, Spoon, which is better sounding between D10E and D12E?
difference is gloss
And the D-11 has a gloss top and satin back and sides

Sorry to hear that.
@@MaurysMusic No things changed a lot. I replaced the saddle with bone and use different string now I am making connection :)
@@taranekalslsl I only use the Martin Retro strings. You might like those too.
Is this the same as the Martin DRS2?
yes, just new model

For anyone who is sick of waiting for him to shut up and show the action and tone, he stops talking and starts playing at 2:02.
Chris, you're our hero!
