Costumers have been using these tricks for generations, and it makes for a very versatile wardrobe occupying minimal packing space. Start with a neutral core, and change those outer accessories to change the personality of the outfit. It's great for quick-changes. Also great to invest in those high-quality, classic core pieces that will last years, and use less expensive accessories to keep your look in-fashion. Everyone's eye notices the accessories, and doesn't notice that you've been wearing the same core multiple times over the years.
I have been binging your videos, and I just subscribed to your channel. I love scarves and after watching this video I realize I do dress just like this… loved everything you showed us, your scarves are gorgeous, nice collection ❤
Thank You, Diana ❣️ I just started listening/watching recently and I LOVE your helpful videos. But being a Recovering Sloppy DresserLOL (both of my parents were born and raised in Europe {neither were lousy dressers} but I was their 5th/last-kid and *third-daughter, they were older-parents, and I {being First Gen American *And having moved-around-too-much/grown-up-on-both-coasts} definitely did not want to "stand out," as a child/teenager. So I never found/discovered/knew-I-needed a good clothing-style/feminine-dressing-style. Now I am 60 -since January- and am feeling extremely blessed, inspired and motivated, by watching you Perform Your Wardrobe ' M A G I C ' ! It's amazing! You are a really kind+gentle instructor and I appreciate your generous sharing of your time, experience and Gift of Creativity ! 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Angie K / South Carolina )
You are uh-mazing! And such a statuesque beauty. Thank you for your super candid, fun videos. It's so refreshing to see how you transform everyday outfits with creative, fun, and totally "thriftable" items. Thank you for sharing, you have inspired me to try things I never thought of. 😊
**GASP** You don't like collars?!!! I don't like collars!!! I thought I was the only person on the planet who refuses to wear collars!!! Thanks for the excellent video. I love your fun personality!
Just about any pants are more comfortable than jeans, but I don’t suit tanks or tees so I tend to wear dressier tops. If I pair w/trousers, the whole look is too formal, or like I’m going to work. So I suffer through jeans. 😂
Hello, I am really impressed by your videos about beauty standarts and mindset as a 18 year old girl. I would really appreciate if you also share your ideas about how girls in their late teens style clothes. Sometimes it is really complicated to just wear things like 18 year old girl
I always felt it was difficult to dress stylishly as a young woman because the standards were "if you're young, look sexy" and I didn't want to look sexy I just wanted to look cute and fun. There were no role models for that. I didn't want to show off everything but I didn't want to be Amish. I'm glad you're here because I think you'll find that the style principles I talk about can apply to any age.
@unblahyourself I figured it out just researching it myself. There seems to be a controversy about dark winters and red. I won't wear orangy looking reds. I like burgundy too though & get compliments when I wear it.
I'm sorry to ask again about a brand but do you know the brand of that pretty bright pink purple sheer jacket coverup in this video? I love ir so much.
Oh my gosh! It’s amazing how you make one adjustment and it completely elevates the whole outfit! I loved the bright pink kimono cardigan at 10:51 in. It’s perfect length for my 5’2” short del, lol. Would you mind sharing where I might find something similar?
Are you petite? I feel like many of the tops you show in different videos are just showing slightly more skin than they should. As a petite myself I often have to leave clothes with Straps behind because they are made for people at least 15 cm taller than me, and i feel exposed. I agree on your tips. As a mature woman the tshirt/tanktop and skinny jeans just expose all my flaws.
Show suggestion: Would love to see you dress your Mom using your styling tips. Would they work as well on a more petite person vs someone as statuesque like yourself? Or would adjustments be needed? Being closer to your mother's size, I'd love to find out!
Thanks for your happy energy and motivating us all. ❤ I am 47 years old, hairdresser, and finally enjoying my accessories and style elevation techniques. ✨️🪡🧵🧶 💐🌺🌸🪷💐🌺🌸💐 God bless you. Love in our Lord Jesus Christ, Princess Holly 🕊🌿🌳🌲🍀🌱🌾🕊🌿🌳🌲🍀🌱🌾🕊

I do enjoy your vids. They are fun to watch AND practical- a hard combination to present to viewers.
I'm glad you're enjoying these! Thank you!

I'm literally wearing a tank and jeans right now. I needed this. Actually literally. Going to grab that pretty scarf my sister gave me.

Welcome!! Thanks for subscribing! I often have to fight myself from adding scarves to everything so I'm glad you like them. 😘
@@unblahyourself they are all beautiful…. They escalate an outfit for sure
@@christined2495 I like that word, ESCALATE. Yes!
@@unblahyourself I actually thrifted last week my first vest…. Love that look too

Love your videos!!!! They give me confidence.
A bin bag would look good on you❤ you have a perfect balanced figure and weight. Everything fits
😘
I'm gonna start using my scarves with my jeans
Yay! Do it! 😁
I wish I lived somewhere where the weather allowed me to wear such outfits for more than 4 weeks of the year...
The black linen pants look so much classier than the jeans❤
Simple yet stylish and comfy too! I couldn’t ask for more. Black linen pants are now on my shopping list. So thank you ❤
2024….Wow! Fantastic tips and trips throughout the entire video! ❤ I love your sense of humor 😂 I liked the necklace under the 🧣.
Glad you liked this!
Hi Diana,
I found you just the other day and you are a great original. Thank you for all the videos.

Love this! Would you consider varying your scarf game? Around your head or around your bun, floating in the back, perhaps? You are a gem, Diana.
I'll try!
I wear silver colored jewelry most of the time. Im a dark winter & it looks best. I got a teal lacey cardigan for the summer.
It's great to know your color season. Very helpful.
@unblahyourself I figured it out just researching it myself. There seems to be a controversy about dark winters and red. I won't wear orangy looking reds. I like burgundy too though & get compliments when I wear it.
Thanks for sharing. Where do you get your tank Tops?
I thrift everything!

If it's the one about 12 minutes in, I actually know the brand of that one! It's from Torrid.

That is a handmade import from India that I got at an art sale in Ohio so I'd have a hard time finding something similar to link for you to click!
YES to belts and scarves. Vests must be accompanied by sleeves in my case, but they do look cool with a tank. That floaty white top… j’adore!
💯

I have a lot of skin because I'm not petite. 😁 I'm 5'9" but my mom was around 5'1" so we were always dealing with her petite struggles!

The first band that came to my mind was Aerosmith. Lmbo!
Love my fake bun too! 😂
Love your looks and the ending music!
Love all these easy additions. You inspire us! ❤
Glad you like them!

That last outfit super fab👍
You are looking a bit 70’s
I love your scarf silk ❤
🥰
Your coverups are gorgeous, especially that lavender one.
Wow … I can’t believe the difference the scarf made … why had I never done this?!?! Thank you!! 😊🩷

Blink 182 😂
First thing that came to mind! Weird because I'm not into them.
@@unblahyourself 😂 😂 😂
I’ve been searching for those black flats? Brand name please.
They are Franco Sarto and I've almost worn them into the ground now!
I have a whole bunch of harem pants and love them for comfort but… how do I make them stylish? Is it even possible? 😂
Pair with something more structured on top and some nice looking classy shoes!
Ok I will give it a try! Black velvet blazer from Vinted and a pair of heeled open toe boots. Wish me luck 😁 ❤️
Where do you get those linen pants?
All of these clothes are thrifted so I can't really tell you where to tell you to go for specific items.
You are absolutely the best friends wish had!! 😊🩷
