Is your grout sealed? If not, it could be an entry point for water, in addition to making the grout itself harder to clean. This video shows you a few DIY tips on how to apply grout sealer. Obviously, check your grout brand and read the manufacturer's instructions as to if you can/should/must seal it. I'm using Ultracolor in this video for a shower (sealing is optional, but I'm doing it!). Also, if you have a porous surface like stone or marble, you can apply this impregnator sealant I'm using to the surface (not applicable or needed for porcelain tile??). Apply with a brush to avoid having to clean up your tiles! Hope this helps.

How can you kinda put a sealer on? Either you do put it on or you don't.

That is a child’s water color brush.
Use a 1’’ tapered cheap paintbrush, White cotton cloth or 2’’ tapered Foam brush.
Wipe Off excess with a White work cloth or White, Clean Old T-shirt.
