Sorry I missed this live.. think I was riding at the time. Super effort again. Your pacing is so even throughout these. When I look at track (running) efforts say 10000m, the effort never looks so even. I guess that is a race though so the win is more tactical. That said, incredibly evenly paced. Are your watts instant or on 3s?

Quite timely as I was doing a ten mile TT for some base line effort at the same time.
Even at 410w I'd be at like 4.4w/kg.. Mental the 6w/kg
