Full screen disk management and look for the storage size of your external drive. Apparently, my Hard drive was named "Disk 0 (or 1) Partition" and I followed the steps in the video from there.

Cant name drive solution: Right click the box of your new hard drive at the bottom half of the window. Click "New simple volume" it will open a wizard and you can name the drive then.
Best video. Keep up the work. Straight forward to the problem I spent 30 minutes on online articles trying to fix this problem solved in 3 minutes with this video.
you'll have to wipe it right click on the drive and delete volume and then right click on it again and create a simple volume it will fix it and let you chose a letter to assign to it

Are you serious or joking? I have this issue and the drive contents is very important.. it's backed up, but 4TB would not be fun to get wiped.
