Im 62 with hip arthritis and tho this is challenging due to that I can do it and I feel better immediately afterwards. This is the best 10 minute stretch and toning on the Internet in my opinion and I have scoured the internet for several years in search for good warm ups and workouts. I trust this routine even more bc you’re a physical therapist doc and wouldn’t recommend something that might hurt me unwittingly like a less experienced person might. I would love to see even longer gentle routines with dumbbells and gentle ways to get my cardio up. Please keep the great info coming Doc! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful your video's really help
I suffer from facet osteoarthritis and there are limited exercises for strengthening/stretching safely but I think most of these are ok so excited to try this!. The struggle is real as the wrong move can cause such a flare and leave you immobile for a few days. Going to share this in facet syndrome group if that’s ok? I’d love if you could possibly do a video regarding these issues and show a safe routine for stretch and strengthening that. Thank you for your video and love the dogs!!

Great stuff Dr Ennis. Thank you. My left leg and foot are swollen 1.5” more than my right. Had scans for clots. Nothing. My back is a mess w sciatica down left side. Any thoughts?

what do you recommend if your feeling exhaust of breath after a 2-4 stretches...no make that 3-4 stretch … we're fined at 2.
I always tell people to listen to their bodies and take breaks as needed. It’s ok to start slow and work on building.
